I loved everything. It began with the woman at the check-in desk who was extremely friendly continued with an already ready and clean room and ended I a huge breakfast. The hotel has a great location next to the central station and opera.

Hotel's Favourite
I've spent quite a few nights at The Hub the last year or so, both before and during the ongoing pandemic. As one of the few hotels The Hub have stayed open during most of the pandemic. I appreciate the effort as I know it isn't easy to stay open with periods with very few guests booked. Over the many nights and different stays I've spent at The Hub I can wholeheartedly say that this is one of the best hotels in Oslo. I've stayed at numerous hotels in Oslo, Choice, Scandic, Thon etc. The Hub is the one I still come back to time and time again. The location is spot on in the middle of downtown Oslo, close to almost anything and everything. A big plus is the parking garage in the basement which makes it really convenient to park my rental car close by. It's also very secure which makes me comfortable leaving some of my luggage in the car. Checking in is always smooth and fast, you can if you want check in yourself at one of the self in kiosks. I'm always greeted with a smile and a welcome back. The rooms at The Hub are fresh and very modern, with a homey and comfortable vibe. I can tell the designers have spent some time making the rooms function practically and with a certain style. I've mostly spent my time in the Deluxe rooms and the suite, which are both excellent rooms with great space for storage, great views and excellent wardrobe and bathrooms. The breakfast is solid, with everything you would want from a modern Norwegian breakfast. Bacon, eggs at your leisure, bread, buns, salmon, yoghurt, fresh juice and freshly brewed coffee. Everything you need to start the day of good! The restaurant on the top floor, Norda, is even better. The menu have changed a few times I've eaten there, and it's excellent. Quality of the raw ingredients is excellent, great drinks selection and lovely view over Oslo. The two bars at the hotel are also excellent, with a great atmosphere and a great selection of drinks and food. Still during the worst shutdown of the pandemic The Hub still manages to keep open the restaurant for staying guest. Much appreciated by me and probably all the other guests who stays at The Hub. Thank you! I haven't been able to enjoy The Hubs conference facilities, but from what I've seen it looks like an excellent place to host small to big conferences and seminars. In the basement there is a gym and small relax spa with a sauna and pool. Though it's small, it's a great place to unwind if you have the chance. Having a spot like this in the middle of Oslo is nuts, and very welcome. I'm a Nordic Choice Gold / Platinum member, which leads me to get certain benefits. I've always been treated good by the staff, and gotten my benefits, but I do not think this has affected my overall impression of the rest of the hotel. Since opening The Hub have impressed me time and time again, and I'll be back very soon!

Dear Martin H, WOW! I can't describe enough how much this feedback means to all of us at Clarion Hotel The Hub. We are so incredibly grateful to have you as our guest and specially also under this very special time. The effect of Covid-19 has made many changes: since March 2020 we have changed all routines and how we operate our operations in order to give you a safe and memorable stay. For us to receive this feedback really gave us a lot of energy, courage and enthusiasm to stay strong and keep on working for brighter days for the hospitality industry. And we promise that we will continue to challenge traditional hotel operations together with our guests also in the future. Today 21.05 I am happy to inform you that we got the message that we can again open our restaurants and bars in the end of may. :) So very soon you can visit our restaurant Norda in the 13th floor again. We look so much forward to welcoming you back to us! Best Regards, Marianne Høybakk Hotel Manager

Our room was on the 12th floor. Bathroom was spacious enough with lovely products of Rituals (happy buddha). I personally don’t get why you would ever want to sleep under a one person duvet. We love a two person duvet. Breakfast is amazing, even for a pregnant person. Flavoured water, tea or coffee whatever you choose. Every fruit you want, warm or cold dishes.

There was disturbing noise from bass / music from the bar on the 13th floor. If you are looking for a quiet stay, this may not be the hotel for you. When we made the staff aware of this, we received nothing but an apology. We had an upgraded room, and it was obvious that this room had a location in the building that implied that it should not have the status of "upgraded".

We are a couple traveling with 2 kids ages 3 years old and 5 months old. This is our first time to stay in THe HUB to celebrate my birthday. We were really impressed on how beautiful and modern this hotel is. Very spacious and clean room, and the breakfast is really SUPERB! We will definitely come back and considering celebrating my birthday every year on this hotel. Really exceeds our expectation. What an experience! Can really recommend this hotel to others!
