We arrived Saturday afternoon around 5-30PM. To our surprise, there is no reception on weekends, since their office closes at noon on Saturday and reopens at 2PM on Monday. We were wondering how we would check in or out since these hours were so limited. It is total self service and you need to open a safe to access the...

Dear Mr Adams, thank you for your feedback. We are very sad to hear that you had a subpar experience during your stay with us in Vienna. First of all, we have to mention that we are not a hotel with 24hrs reception. We really want our guests to know that to avoid any misunderstandings. However, as one of few...

Nothing NOT to like. Rooms were spotless, well equipped and spacious. A little home away from home! Location was great, walking distance into city centre (approx 15min?) Supermarket around the corner. Great staff! Would definitely return!

Dear guest, thank you for your extraordinary feedback. Families are one of our favorite guest groups, since we really think fully furnished apartments are far more suitable for families than hotel rooms. Therefore we try to offer best service also for the kids e.g. baby beds, baby chairs,... Final cleaning is included in the price, an additional cleaning once per...

The apartments were a close walk to city center. The inside of the apartments were new, clean and attractive. Everything you would need to cook with, refrigerator, stove. We enjoyed our stay. They did not have AC which is not normally a problem but we were there during the hottest weather and would have appreciated cooling. The desk staff were...

Very comfortable. we had the smallest apartment for two people and this did not have any laundry facilities but we managed to wash and dry clothes and hang in the apartment. From the first point of email contact after making our booking we were given awesome directions to get there. A small Billa supermarket is 1 minutes walk around the...

All services were fine, with the exception of the AC, which the property did not have. I would suggest to all vacationers traveling to Vienna to check carefully if the property they intend to rent is provided with AC. There are not complains about the services, but the terrible heat during the summer weeks shadows the beauty of Vienna.

Staying in Leopoldstadt

Neighbourhood Profile
Leopoldstadt
Welcome to one of Vienna’s trendiest quarters. The second district has witnessed a turbulent ride, from medieval swamp to vibrant Jewish quarter, from pleasure ground for the noble and humble to current hip residence and workplace of Vienna’s creative crowd. Cross the Danube Canal from the city centre and take in life on Taborstrasse with its mix of old townhouses, churches, theatres, discount shops and ethnic restaurants. Head for Augarten via Karmelitermarkt, Leopoldstadt’s trendy marketplace. Baroque Augarten itself hosts a bizarre mix of manicured hedges and flowerbeds in front of a colossal World War II defense tower, the publicly accessible 300-year-old Augarten porcelain manufactory, the palatial boarding school and funky concert hall of the Vienna Boys Choir, and the modern art museum TBA21. At its opposite corner, The Prater not only houses the Giant Ferris Wheel but blends a bustling amusement park with lush woodland, perfect for a bike tour. Further east is the old derby racing ground of Krieau.
