Perfect location. Clean rooms. Good service. The rooms are however poorly isolated, you can hear your neighbors clearly. The stairwell was dark, no lights, I had to use my flashlight on my iphone. Didnt use the elevator because it was occupied all the time and my room was on the first floor

We chose this hotel due to it's location and reasonable prices. The rooms are clean and fairly well appointed, although I did miss a mini fridge, the shower being more or less in the middle of the room was a bit of a shock as well, but as we've been married for 37 years, nothing new to see there... Breakfast was good, albeit the coffee machine does take a bit of getting used to ( insert capsule, pull lever, make sure you've put it in the right side of the machine, push appropriate button...). The bar is open 24 hours, but the staff is a bit slow, and the opening hours of the rooftop bar seems to be a state secret. Parking is on site, but a bit pricey at about €20 per day.

Front desk always not sure how to use their own system for checking in or adding an extra night or paying for breakfast or renting a scooter. Kept wasting my time by waiting and asking colleague and changing the plan multiple times. It was annoying

I will come again, hopefully the quality will remain the same. It is well situated hotel, nice breakfast, sometimes a little to crowded, usually easy to book. Garage is accessible and reasonable. Maybe there is some room for improvement food.

Cute colourful room décor with a good breakfast buffet selection, nice variety of sweet and savoury options. Whole hotel feels very clean, modern and new. Hotel is just across the road from the main train station so very convenient if you are doing travel around Austria or a neighbouring country. They also offer car parking under the hotel. Belvedere Museum and Gardens are a 5 minute walk. There’s also a tram stop right in front of the hotel so very easy to get into the old town.
