Very Good overall stay. Staff were friendly and everything was excellent. Only thing the AC were not working properly and it made the stay slightly uncomfortable. LEVEL is good value for money, I strongly recommend to choose it.

The Melia Vienna is our first choice of hotel when visiting the city. This was our 7th stay in the last 3 years and the hotel never fails to deliver. The hotel at first glance appears to be a bit out of the city, but this does mean it benefits from a peaceful environment. It

Super helpful staff. Went out of their way to accomodate me since I was unable to book online. I just checked in after a long flight. Rooms are nicely decorated. Shower was fantastic. Took out a couple of stars because the view could be better. I picked hotel as one review said

Dear Angela L, We very much appreciate your comments regarding your stay at Meliá Vienna. It is always a pleasure to receive a positive feedback. I will share your comments with our team who could deliver you a pleasant feeling of being welcomed. However, I am sorry you could not enjoy the view from your room. I believe it is due to the construction works next to the DC Tower which we cannot affect unfortunately. I still hope to have another chance to welcome you personally to our hotel in the not too distant future. Sincerely, Antonina Simoshina, Guest Experience Manager

I found the concierge to be very helpful in coordinating flowers for my wife this summer . Just call them or email them and describe what you need and I am sure they can arrange it.

Can you get train from airport to hotel? if so how much per ticket? and how long does it takes?
Hello, yes there is a train from the airport to the hotel, however there are I think 2 change overs. There is also an airport bus liner that will leave you just a few meters away from the hotel, which I think is a better option. Unfortunately I can't remember costing off either but if you google vienna public transport u will get a breakdown for all public transport costing.
