Had a great 5 day stay in this convenient place for Vienna city. Good transport links. Ample food provided for breakfast (bread, croissants, eggs, bacon, cheese, fresh fruit) and extremely helpful staff. Bedroom was comfortable and quiet. Limited storage space but for such a short time it doesn't matter. Case fitted neatly at the end of the bed. Big shout out to Daniel and Mikaela who went beyond the call of duty. In fact everyone was friendly and helpful. Hopefully will visit again when in Vienna.
Very nice hotel. Staff is helping and provided guidance for various things like where to go in city and most importantly how to get covid test done . They provide free gargle test kit which was very important for us to enjoy city. Breakfast is great. Rooms are beautifully maintained..we got nice top floor room with amazing view . Public transport and some nice restaurants are at walking distance. Thank you to all staff.
Great experience, your hotel is comfortable and your staff really kind and friendly The room was fantastic and really clean The services offered by the hotel were very organized I particularly appreciated the possibility to buy the WienCard directly in the hotel I suggest to widen and vary the breakfast Hotel that I will recommend and return in the future Thanks
We have just returned from a few days in Vienna. Stayed at Ibis Style Wien City. What a great place. Modern decor ( a bit quirky in style but we loved it). Room was clean and comfortable. Serviced every day. Free coffee in the lobby. Staff are fantastic, every one of them. Nothing was too much trouble, from directions, what to do, how to get there. Help with the transport system. Even printed our boarding cards for no charge. A truly wonderful place to stay, no complaints about anything. Getting around is easy. It is a bit out of town centre, about 20 minutes on the metro. Station is One minute walk. Tram is right outside front door, we didn't use the tram network. There is a nice restaurant just opposite under the metro bridge where we ate. A pharmacist and supermarkets local too. A couple of bars nearby but we didn't go in them. Located in the "railway arches" Vienna itself is stunning. The architecture is amazing. Must visit Schonnbrunn, a whole day out. If you are around at the weekend go see the Spanish riding school Lipizzaner horses. The cheap seats ( standing) give a pretty good view of the show. You just can't see the bit directly in front and below you, but it not really a problem. Lasts around one hour and you are standing all the time. We found best places to eat in and around St Stephens platz. Some restaurants are in the main Street, others, cheaper up the side streets. All in all a great city to visit.…
The hotel is well located and well served by public transportation. The room is a bit small but well organized/prepared and comfy. And it has everything I need. Special thanks for the staff who took notice of my coeliac condition and offered gluten free bread for my breakfast every day. I enjoyed every bite of them. This is my first time staying with Ibis and I will definitely use it again.
Stayed here for 2 nights. Rooms are a quite small but very clean, well maintained. Staff was helpful, hassle free check in and check out. Breakfast had limited options though, especially for a vegetarian like me. Quite near to the metro station.
A well situated hotel, close to trains and trams, the room we had was immaculate in all ways..Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and professional, a sign of great leadership. This was my second stay and will definitely stay there again… Lastly a real value for money stay.
Stayed here for 3 days work in Vienna. Staff is helpfull and welcomed me with kindness and attention. The room was clean and spacious. Nice situation of the hotel not so far of city center. Tram, railway station, restaurants, bars are closer to the place.
Lovery big room awesome view transport he coold see almost the whole city in front of your feet at 100 meters per meter at 10 meters per the tram.very clean hotel with very good staff free drinks -cookies
Hello from the guests of 709! We were there from the 23rd until the 27th and we had an amazing stay at the hotel. They gave us their best room in my opinion. Spacious, new and with the most beautiful view. We loved the bathroom and shower. The Christmas decor at the lobby and the free bar there were a nice touch. Hotel's location in regards public transportation couldn't be better and easier. Tram and metro just steps away. But what I want to mention most of all is the staff. Everyone were polite, but there are two people at the reception that all the praise in the world wouldn't be enough to describe how great they were to us! I am so mad at myself that I didn't even asked their names (i blame my anxiety). Who ever sees this review please tell me their names! One is the beautiful young woman with dark curly hair(updo hairstyle) and glasses, she was working in the morning shift. She helped us where to go for our PCR tests, among other things. And the other one was a young guy with brown hair that was usually at the evening/night shift. Both of them were extremely kind, friendly and with a ready smile. Even though we bothered them about those pcr tests and our questions for days! It felt like I already knew them somehow. If you see this, thank you, thank you, thank you! I will never forget you and I hope I will be able to come again and see you soon. You made our stay at the hotel 100 times better. Be blessed!…
