Hotel has a good location, nice rooms. Welcome was warm and kind, the young guy at reception was very empathic a smiling all the time. Also I was recognised as All Accor Club member, which was nice, welcome drink included. The only downside of the hotel is poor window isolation, you can hear everything from the street, even someone walking in high heels (and we were in the 5th floor). Also face towels would be nice (this should be standard imho).

I will write a review of this hotel when I get to stay later in the year, but I wanted to note the professionalism and efficiency of the customer service team in offering a refund given the current virus situation. Their politeness and willingness to help really made me want to return and is much appreciated.

The hotel is south of the main sites of Vienna, but well-connected by U-Bahn and bus. It's also walkable if you have the time and energy. A busy main road is on the other side of the canal, plus a U-bahn line, but I can't say the noise was intrusive. The hotel is clean, the lift works efficiently and the rooms are spacious and well-maintained. There isn't a kettle/tea-making facility in the room, but we were prepared and took our own travel kettle. Breakfast was excellent every day with a combination of hot and cold food. Staff were efficient and courteous, not over-effusive. Small point: There was graffiti scrawled at the back of the hotel (not the hotel's fault) and someone at some time had thrown a bath towel outside and it had stuck in a tree, which was a bit unsightly and should have been dealt with. However - small point! If we returned to Vienna we would certainly stay here again.

The hotel was very clean, very modern and the staff were very friendly. It is situated just across the road from one of the main railway stations so it's a good base for getting around the city. We paid a reasonable price to stay there so for us it was very good value.
