We found this hotel charming in its decor - mostly original rooms but with refitted immaculate bathrooms. While the rooms were somewhat small, this was in common with most European hotel rooms. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast had a good selection and well presented. The hotel is well situated - only a short walk from the main...

Very traditional and uber Viennese hotel, just 5 minutes walk from the main underground transport. I spent 2 nights in a single room "home from home". Everything I needed was there : bedside lamps, classic and practical furniture, the shower was also a mini bath, the sowing kit, the shoe horn, the make-up mirror, plenty of storage and space for...

Traditional Hotel only a few minutes walk to underground Station. Spacious twin bed room, table and chairs, bedside lamps, space for suitcases, furniture and fittings classic but working and clean. Bathroom spacious, clean and everything working. Windows double glazed due to street noise. Could not be opened at night and no aircon so can get stuffy in evening. No tea...

We stayed here for a short break in Vienna as the hotel was advertised as being in a good central location and was available for a good rate. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the nearest metro station, on a side road off the main road, although the tram stop is closer. I personally decided to use...

Dear Tahir10, thank you for posting your impressions and informing the Tripadvisor community with your detailed review. As you wrote you can explore Vienna’s city centre either by walking through the Karlsplatz Square and the State Opera or by taking the public transport, which travel very frequently. Don’t miss to ask our reception team on site, the colleagues will be...

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for two nights in late October. The hotel is definitely not for handicapped people, who would have to climb 10-15 stairs with their luggage to get to the elevator. (For my wife and me, this wasn't a problem, but I have always been acutely aware of access for the handicapped, particularly after...

This hotel has a lot going for it: location, service, value, and general classiness. Were it not for the noise and lack of air conditioning it would rate "excellent."
