We had a very pleasant stay here. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, our room was more spacious than expected and it had a high level of cleanliness. The hotel is in a very convenient location as it is a 10 minute walk from the main train station which we arrived at from the airport. It is also a 2 minute walk from the nearest underground station which can take you all over Vienna.
I normally do not score a hotel this low. We had an early morning flight and asked if they could help us with a taxi. The person at the counter rudely refused. Stayed one night April 23-24, 2024. It is a cheap hotel in Vienna. The hotel charged us 165USD although it was not worth $65. The it is an ordinary hotel. The room was too warm and we had to open the window at night. The staff was really unfriendly.
This hotel offers clean, spacious and affordable accommodation. A great location to access central Vienna, using the metro station "Sudtiroler Platz" to the right of the hotel as you leave. A ticket is easily accessibly and make sure you validate them in the blue boxes in the station as you will be fined. Hotel breakfast is suitable for the day and plenty to offer. I would stay at this hotel again without hesitation.
Typical hotel of its category but in the upper level of it. Ideal if you plan to travel around Austria or in near cities because it is 7 min. walk to Wien Hbf. Also, public transportation was to close for all means of it (tram, bus, underground). Last but not least, very helpful, kind and friendly personnel.
Had a very spacious room which had all we needed. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Clean hotel, desk staff on the ball. Luggage storage available. Close to supermarkets, subway & train station. Good stay, happy to return.
just returned from 2 nights stay at Austria trend Beim Theresanium Hotel. It is my second time stay at this hotel and I am very happy again. The location is perfect, it is very clean and comfortable bad. the breakfast is good. A special good review to the staff at reception desk.
Just returned from a lovely 2 night stay at the Austrian Trend Beim Theresanium Hotel in Vienna. The reception guy was very welcoming and friendly. The room was large and lovely and clean. There was a good selection of food and drink for breakfast. The location was brilliant, so handy for the station and connection to the airport. You could also walk very easily into the city centre itself. The only reason I gave it 4* instead of 5* is because tea and coffee in the room would be a massive bonus. Apart from that, everything was excellent about this hotel. Thankyou for a very pleasant stay😁
The reception was very friendly and accommodating while we waited to check in to our room, even though we were way too early to do so. Over the next few days of stay with them, the hotel staff even volunteered to help us buy our train tickets to Salzburg, although eventually we opted to purchase them on our own. Hotel is just a few minute walk from a train station. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who wish to visit this city.
It is a clean hotel, even though someone forgot to about a little detail (regarding a last flushing). Something odd happened, I was going out and I asked a girl at the reception if I had to leave the card key, she said yes. But when I returned the guy at the reception blamed me for not having the key. According to him the main door could be locked and I would have to use the key to open it. They had a locker for keeping the luggage in case of early arrival.
We arrived a bit earlier than expected but were able to store our luggage while we went out to have some lunch. Along the street there are plenty of shops and places to have something to eat or drink and you are very close to the station which has a McDonalds, Italian and loads of other eating places and shops. The metro station is only a few meters away which is very handy. It's only a 10 minute easy stroll to the Belvedere palace. We walked quite a few places. We had a room on the ground floor which I think was a disabled room. It had a massive bathroom with big shower with sliding doors. There was a wee fridge, the aircon worked well (which was a must as it was 38 degrees) and you could sit out in the garden if you wished. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. We did not have breakfast in the hotel and we did not have a lot of dealings with reception, though they were friendly and arranged a taxi for us on our departure day. Nothing bad to say about the hotel as we had a pleasant stay. I got a really good deal (400 pounds less than originally advertised for) so I thought we would get a wee room out of the way somewhere, but that was not the case.…
