Well received by the porter at the time of check-inn. Staff was very courteous as he showed us around to the room and also presented us with a map with nearby attractions.

Hotel rooms on 3rd floor with breakfast served on 1st floor. Room large and traditional Austrian feel. Bathroom small with problems with the shower draining. Ideal setting for visiting many of the sights in Vienna. We walked everywhere quite easily
