A very central hotel that you can reach anywhere by walking. The hotel offers good quality, serene atmosphere. Wi-fi quality is very good and you can connect any devices without a limit. The breakfast is good and the personnel helps you about the attractions and the directions

We booked this hotel just because it was so central, and because it wasn't so expensive. Then we read a couple of bad reviews and we got a little worried, but no, the place is just good. The room was spacious enough, clean and bright (though, a bit cold in the night). WI-FI works fine - as many devices as...

Ugly decorated, small room with insufficient lighting, we had to use the cellular-phone flashlight/torch to find our clothes in the closet. We have got an "upgraded" room with an additional daily price of 20 Euro, with an exceptional view of the hotel's sewage pipes !! (not to the street, neither to the inner courtyard). No body lotion or hair shampoo...

Arriving by taxi at night in the nice centre of Vienna were increasing the expectations. The lobby area with the front desk was somewhat antiquated but in a nice way. Front desk service was ok but somehow missing the warmth. The Elevator to the rooms old and slow, the floors somber. Opening the door was a surprise. The room appeared...

Good and nice place. Excellent location. Hotel is clean and service good. Breakfast is ok, but nothing special. Good bed and quiet room. Only minus is taxi to airport. Seems that taxi ordered from the hotel costs 10 € more that if you take it on the street.

Been here twice now. Very central location and perfect for sight seeing and being close to more or less everything you'd ever want to see in Vienna. We booked a deluxe double room and it was large, very clean and comfortable. A super huge double shower in a spacious well lit bathroom (separate toilet). The outer rooms can be a...

This is pretty well my idea of an ideal city-centre hotel: friendly, efficient staff; spotlessly clean, modern room; excellent buffet breakfast in a beautifully decorated dinning room; very good wifi connection in my room; and above all the perfect location in the city centre, directly opposite one of the most beautiful baroque churches in Europe.

Clean and exactly what you need when travelling. Clean nice room, bath could be bigger but suffice. Good breakfast and coffee shop. Front desk real helpful and the breakfast selection was above average

Neighbourhood Profile
Inner City
In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the centre. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
