A stay for just one night but everything was perfect. Nice rooms, available on time, even though we checked in a bit too early, kind staff, good beds, decent breakfast Very good price/quality ratio. Only a few steps away from the Vienna city centre. Excellent connection to public transport. Taxi's available at all times in front of the door.

..... the bar and the seating area in lobby closes at 11pm! The small bar and seating area was nice and there was a very kind and friendly bartender. The second night my husband arrived on the late flight from London, arriving at the hotel just after 11pm, only to be told by the night manager that the bar was...

We chose this hotel largely based on its excellent location, free breakfast, cleanliness, and free wifi. The room was clean, and the location and breakfast were great. However, for the duration of our 3 night stay, wifi service was not available in our room. When we brought this up to the young gentleman working at the front desk, his response...

The location couldn't be better, right behind St Peter Church in the very heart of the city, and 2 minute walk to St Stephan Cathedral. During our weekend in Vienna we could visit almost everything on foot. The room was perfect, very quiet, comfortable, and spotless as well as the bathroom. Buffet breakfast is above average, and above all, staff...

The location can't be beat - just a short walk to St. Stephen's and all other major sights. The room was clean, well equipped, a bit small, but that is mostly par for the course for a large European city. Great breakfast with lots of options and friendly staff. The shower set up was awkward, but other than that a...

Five minutes' walk to Hofburg, 3 minutes to shopping, famous coffee houses. Clean and great breakfast ! Friendly staff. Highly recommended. Only draw back is shower door is not the best - I guess the Viennese prefer bath ... Also bring your own conditioner and lotion - only shampoo/wash in one is provided, if one is picky about such things...

I stayed for 4 nights. It was very clean and the staff at reception were very kind and helpful. I had a single room with a view to church and street. Breakfast was good. I liked this hotel very much. It is very close to sightseeings by walking.

Excellent location could not be better. Close to metro Station and the major sights. Very small single room but was ok. Good breakfast. A bit more expensive compared to other hotel stays during my trip but due to location was worth expense.

Neighbourhood Profile
Inner City
In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the centre. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
