A group of 21 of us stayed here for 3 nights on an art history tour of Vienna. This hotel is in a great location, very close to the u-bahn, and in walking distance of most of the main central Vienna attractions. The room was very comfortable, clean and modern, with lovely soft pillows to sink into at the end...

just spent a weekend here, hotel was clean and they had plenty of choice for breakfast. The hotel was well located only a short walk to the tube or to the city centre, the tube system works well and we had no problems finding our way around

Situated in a lovely square that is quiet and easily accessible with a park in the centre of the square which is nice to sit in and watch the world go by. The rooms are spacious with really comfy beds, lashings of hot water and excellent mini bar. The staff are delightful, nothing is too much trouble for them, they...

The hotel is located away from the museum district, in a rather nice, quiet and funky area. The tram and the metro are only about 3 blocks away. The heater in this hotel is kept on all the time so the room was extremely warm. When I notified the front desk, they did not respond to my request to make...

The hotel was situated in a great location, close to the underground station and also not far to walk into the city centre. All the staff were excellent and very knowledgable, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast had something for everybody, and was first class. Our room was very spacious and had a lovely view. The in room tablet was...

We had a fantastic stay over Easter in this hotel as 3 couples. Our rooms were all next to the lifts and still we had the best sleep, no noise to disturb us at all. Beds very comfy, good choice of tv channels and Internet. A very lovely modern bathroom. All staff were very friendly and polite. Breakfast was amazing,...

We stayed at the K+K palais 3 nights over easter. We asked for a quiet room and we were given a room on the 4th floor far from the lifts which was really comfortable and quiet. The room itself was of average size, clean and recently refurbished with a very comfy bed and nice bathroom. The location is brilliant, close...

I have to agree with the previous reviewer. We too stayed on the 6th floor, had the thermostat turned right down and yet had to have the window opened in the rain to keep the temperature down. It's also true that the room was surprisingly small for the reputation of K&K and the price paid. Location is excellent and front...

stayed in this hotel for 4 nights but I am not impressed. We had rooms on the 6th floor and they are below average, small but the worse is that there is only one small window near the ceiling so you can not look out at all. On top of this, the room was very warm, with the window fully...

Staying in Inner City

Neighbourhood Profile
Inner City
In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the centre. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
