was really looking forward to staying at this hotel, was booked and paid for well before any mention of blasted covid 19. We were still going to come even with all the restrictions, but our flight was cancelled, making it impossible for us to get there. I understand when you have to change plans and have to cancel, that maybe you won't get a refund, but under the circumstances, and with all that has been going on, thought that a cancellation fee, that was the whole price of the stay was a bit unfair, when it was circumstances outwith our control. Could possibly have said if they were able to re let the room we had booked that we could have even a partial refund it would have helped.

I stayed at this hotel in December when visiting the Christmas Markets with my mum. The hotel is close to tram and bus stops and in walking distance from the train station that takes you to the airport. We only stayed for a couple if days, but it was lovely. The rooms were clean, it was quiet and close to shops. The breakfast was great with plenty to choose from. I would stay at the hotel again.

I asked for a refund because I am a doctor having contact with Coronavirus patients. They replied "For us there are not problems, we can't refund you". I never received such a bad treatment. I went and.. yeah, not a bad hotel. The shower is awful, I don't suggest this hotel to old people. The breakfast was nice and the lady at the entrance was kind and nice.
