Old fasion hotel, that travels your imagination to another era. Good location, next to U-6 line. Very quiet neibourhood. The stuff was very friendly. Breakfast very tasty, not many choices though, but this is how they keep high quality. I would definately choose this hotel if I visit Vienna again. Keep in mind that there is no hairdryer!!

The room was in need of an upgrade, but I was told the new owner is planning on redoing the rooms. When I first arrived, I was surpised that there was no internet in our room, but in the end I was glad that I had a chance to spend some time in the lobby. The staff were very friendly...

Excellent location just opposite a subway station. The staff was extremely friendly. I booked a single room, but got a double room, very large. I left the hotel for one night, but when I came back the some room was waiting for me. Good breakfast, and gratis Internet. Very law price, I am sure that such a hotel for that...

Me and my wife stayed here for three nights as we celebrated this new year in Vienna. This hotel was an excellent one and we will surely stay here, if we return to Vienna someother time. The most positive aspects of this hotel are the - classic appeal of the rooms (our room had a three piece sofa and a...

I believe this is one of the best locations in Vienna. First of all, the hotel is wonderfully located on a silent street, nearby subway station. The rooms are clean, spacious and the antique furniture, characteristic of Vienna, creates a timeless impression as if it had existed forever. I enjoyed staying here and I will surely come back soon. Last...

We were staying in this hotel for one night. I had chosen it after seeing its reviews. Unfortunately, I don’t agree with the enthusiastic opinions. The furniture is really old, the armchairs had the clothing unwound and the curtains were dirty. In general, the room was clean enough, but the WC and the bathroom were so tight. I had a...

Located one stop from Vienna's west train station the Altwienerhof is well located for travel to all of Vienna. The nearest metro stop is a two minute walk away (literally across the street). Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are very dated though with stained carpets and old furniture. The beds we used were well worn and creaked loudly...

Good location, in a silent district. A small room, but clean and nice. W-Lan in the lobby, and a good breakfast. I was completely satisfied.
