Situated close (5mns walk) to Westbahnhof station and tram hub together with access to U-bahn 3 and 6 which are handy for getting to city centre. Breakfast good start to day. Room small but comfy. Bit limited on lifts which can be difficult if a coach load has just arrived or is leaving.

Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Bathroom has a bath/shower combination. Breakfasts are very good with a great selection. Only problem is tiny elevators that accommodate only 4 people. When one is out of order you can wait 10 minutes to get back to seventh floor or face a long climb.

Stayed for 3 nights for a conference. Check in good and efficient. Room slightly on the small size but nice and quiet. No air conditioning, wasn't expecting Vienna to be as hot so opened window only to find fire escape walkway outside of it, this was on the sixth floor, so not terribly secure. Small bar area for food, limited room...

We finished a cycling trip here and it was a nice stay. Our fan in the room worked most of the time and the bed was good. Breakfast was most impressive and helped us start off the day. They had good table clearers too. The best part was the location. There was a laundromat close by. Trams and trains were...

First of all you can reach the hotel directly by bus from the airport. There is a bus every 30 minutes directly to westbahnhof costs only 8 € one way, you can buy the ticket from the ticket machine outside the airport. The bus takes you directly to westbahnhof where the hotel is just 100 meters away from the westbahnhof...

Small room, service less, and nothing to boost of at this hotel except near to West railway Station.. for location i could have rated this high.. but for quality of sleep, relaxing, comfort this hotel was too away from all of this.. Not recommended. Parking @ 15 euro per night.

Before I booked this hotel, I read around the review different sites. Staff are helpful. Clean hotel, but need a touch of paint. Nice breakfast. Next to the metro, tram airport bus and street shopping area. There is a shopping complex nearby as well. I will use this hotel again.

Upon check in the staff member was border line rude. The rooms had no air con and whilst the window opened it did little to cool the room. On one of the day's the cleaning staff had opened the window and left it open which concerned me because there was a fire escape walkway directly outside the window that gave...

Location s superb if you travel by train. Shopping street is 1 min away, all downtown attractions in 15 min walk. Stayed at this place a few times now. Staff is very attentive, rooms are large and comfortable enough, all squeaky clean. Rooms (and everything, except lobby) design is probably mid '90 in mind. But taken how well it maintained...
