A very comfortable room where we slept well. Very clean and well serviced. Lovely deep bath in excellent bathroom. Easy to use safe. Had to knock off a star for the lack of tea making facilities in the room. Another star went when we were told to sit anywhere for breakfast but the tables were not cleared and we struggled...

We checked in late, and staff were pleasant and helpful. The room and bathroom was clean, with basic facilities and no tea or coffee making facilities or mini-bar even for soft drinks, which was a shame as we were thirsty after a long journey. We found the tap water cold and refreshing and glasses were available in the room. The...

The initial impression during check in itself was not very encouraging. First time in Austria, the reception wanted the passports of us both, so many verifications had to be done, though I had booked from a booking site with complete details. This was my 5th hotel in Austria in span of 1 week, first time the hotel reception wanted to...

We are staying on first floor and I dont think these rooms are made for the visitors. There is a window close to the ceeling and as there is a roof you get a very low sunlight Also there is no lamp on the ceeling. You only have side lamps! Really clostrofobic and basement kind of room. I asked for...

Located close to a tram station and the U6 metro line made it easy to find and use as a base. The hotel and staff impressed. Jacqueline Vogel at reception deserves special mention for her professional, friendly and welcoming service at check-in. There was an issue to resolve in that the room initially provided was not the type booked but...

We stayed in this hotel by chance. After the long haul our connecting flight got cancled and Austrian booked this hotel for us. Have to say it is a bit of a way. The airport is in the east of Vienna, the hotel is in the west, so it takes some time from the airport to get here. Because it...

I just got back from a week at this hotel. The hotel was very clean. I loved that it was so central and this made it easy to travel and to access the shops which were a mere 10 minutes away from the hotel. The breakfast was amazing and staff very helpful-they provided me with excellent gluten free bread each...

The hotel is located in a very good and convenient place, clear, but one thing is what was terrible is the noise. If my neighbour was going to the shower I heard it, it was very noisy. If someone was walking in a corridor and just talking, I can hear everything.

Spent two comfortable nights in this clean and relatively quiet hotel. The highlight was the large buffet breakfast. I would certainly stay here again on my next trip to Vienna. My only issue was that the location is not the most central but it worked out alright.

Neubau
Vienna’s art district, Neubau buzzes with galleries, arts and crafts, trendy restaurants, avant-garde shops, and cafés. Neubau’s Spittelberg quarter with cobblestoned Spittelberggasse and Gutenberggasse make for a perfect stroll alongside Biedermeier houses and art shops. Don’t miss the historic courtyard at Amerlinghaus with its typical Pawlatschen galleries, a perfect hangout on a warm summer evening. Museumsquartier is Neubau’s undisputed highlight: the former Imperial stables house various top museums of 19th to 21st century art. If you love interiors, head for the Imperial Furniture museum (Hofmobiliendepot), one of the world’s largest furniture collections. Find your favorites among a dazzling array of Baroque, Biedermeier, Art Nouveau and Modernist chairs, sofas, cupboards, coat hangers, foot stools and wash basins.
