I was in total shock. First, this seemed a nice place, we called because the booking site offered a room for 99 euro but didnt work. The guy on the phone was nice but seemed powerless, he told us that the walk-in-rate was 140 euro, but through the website cheaper. I tried on several devices, even pinged the booking-part of...

Dear Anonym Guest, I remember very well your case, as my employee called me and as on our website was no special offer at this price available. We offered you a superior room which was too expensive for you. If you realy have seen the special rate of 99,- Euro on my homepage, why didn't you book it than instantly??...

Yes this is a pretty villa and yes the staff are polite. Yes the rooms are well presented and spotlessly clean but there are several faults that cannot be overlooked. Firstly, the location is not just a bus ride to the centre. The bus drops you at a tube station which is two stops from the centre. In context a...

This is the third or fourth time that I've stayed at the Hotel Park Villa. The reception staff are friendly, efficient and welcoming (and speak perfect English!). My room this visit overlooked the pretty rear garden and was clean and spacious. I would happily recommend this hotel to others.

Situated in a lovely residential area, this hotel was perfectly located for our visit to Vienna. There is a bus stop at the bottom of the road where you can catch no 40a to the edge of the inner city. It was easy to get to by car from the airport and there was parking right outside. The hotel itself...

We booked this hotel due to very hot temps in Vienna this summer. It had air conditioning and an elevator, which was helpful for my mother. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and efficient. We had one double room that was roomy enough for two. My mother had a single room that was petite but with all things you need....

This hotel has at most 20 rooms and is located in a beautiful 100-year old villa in an upscale residential neighbourhood. Our room (#25) was spacious, and it had air conditioning and a modern TV. The bathtub was not great, it was hard and almost dangerous to get in and out! The breakfast was very good, and in good weather...

This hotel is tucked away in a quiet, upmarket and picturesque suburb of Vienna about a 10 minute bus ride away from the city centre. The hotel has an olde-worlde feeling about it and the staff are charming. Parking is free - outside on the street. Our room and bathroom were comfortable and clean with excellent air con. Breakfast was...

This was our first trip to Austria and our first hotel of our whistle stop tour. Booked through booking.com, and it was also reasonably priced. The room was beautiful, plenty of room for two adults and two teens. Great bathroom, lovely breakfast sat out in the garden and the staff were absolutely lovely. Complimentary chocolate and apple juice was a...

The hotel is not in the city centre, but I believe it's not that far away. My room was smallish, but had a nice clean bathroom, good aircon and a balcony that overlooked the peaceful garden. The bed was fine and I got a good nights rest. Breakfast in the morning was good enough, and the staff all seemed helpful...

Neighbourhood Profile
The 18th district is the most inconspicuous of the listed neighbourhoods. Where else can you still watch card players at a Viennese coffeehouse, or listen to authentic Viennese folk songs with a local audience? Like most respected Viennese neighborhoods, Währing has its own street market, Kutschkermarkt, where you can best feel its pulse. One of Währing’s loveliest outdoor destinations is the small garden palace and museum Geymüllerschlössel. The exquisite 19th century interior is spiced up by contemporary art installations curated by the Museum of Applied Arts / Contemporary Art (MAK).
