I'd read that the furniture in this hotel was old -- the furniture in my room was old AND ragged. The cushion on the one chair was so old it was thread-bare and shredded, with the foam stuffing exposed. It was so old, it would have been rejected by a Good Will or other second-hand store. The exercise area was...

Room was old with an ancient TV. Beds look clean. Breakfast was impressive with made to order eggs, banana pancakes, French toasts, sausages, chocolate croissants, juices...The hotel caters to tour groups therefore it was madness at breakfast from 6;30 am to 7:30 am. The metro station is nearby. Schonbrunn Palace is one metro stop away. There is a nice small...

This is the kind of hotel that is hard to rate properly. The location is certainly not the best. Nothing is really in walking distance however u have a subway stop a 100 meters from the hotel (Line 4 / U4). The property was built in the 80s and this clearly shows on the rooms. Not much renovation has been...

The hotel is located right outside of the metro stop, and we found it in a convenient location to reach the center of Vienna. The room we were given was clean but a bit old, still confortable although tired. The breakfast was absolutely superb, but if you don`t have it included and need to pay on the spot the breakfast...

I filled out the hotel chain long survey form to say that we were disappointed with the tired decor of our room and floor when we stayed for the last 2 nights of a 3week Austrian holiday. Because the Renaissance is part of the Marriott chain, our expectations were high, and they certainly weren't met. This morning I have a...

We booked this hotel through priceline and paid the price. The check in process was sad. "We would like to upgrade you!" We thought they were generous. "yes, for an extra 50.00 dollars a night, we will give you a room with a mini bar in it!" We politely declined. The room we got had worn out furniture, the shower...

Really enjoyed the stay here for a weekend... the rooms and nice, comfortable and clean. The staff were really helpful and friendly. There are good facilities. It's not the closest to the centre of Vienna but it's easy to get in by public transport. The best part was the very delicious breakfast!

to be excellent they need to serve a strudel for a breakfast. Bacon was melting, a lot of fruits available, though not many sweets (and no strudel). Internet was pricey though included in my company's rate. Place is quite and not far away from the city center and the air train. They have a small swimming pool on the top...

Convienient location with a very helpful staff. Stayed 2 nights as a stop on a 2-week drive through several countries. Comfortable rooms at reasonable prices.

I stayed here while on a training course held in the hotel. The hotel is a very standard business/tourism hotel; you wouldn't come here for a boutique or special experience. But it is perfectly comfortable, surprisingly quiet, given its closeness to a main road, and with very helpful and friendly staff. The staff is very international, and will do you...
