I did enjoy staying at the Regina and there were lots of positives - the breakfasts are great, the staff were very helpful, the location was perfect. However the hotel is undergoing some refurbishment and we were woken up very early the first morning by banging. However we complained to staff and then we were offered a choice of rooms...

The hotel regina is in a very good location to spend time walking around Vienna. It is also very close to the metro. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. The only downside was the bed was very "lumpy" and as non smokers the smell of cigarete smoke was...

Three of us stayed at the Hotel Regina for a long weekend. We were warmly welcomed by the reception staff, who were very helpful and spoke good English. The room was light, airy and quite big enough for 3 people. The bathroom was very clean and well lit. There was a safe in the room, which was easy to operate...

The Hotel is located not far from the town center (near the University of Vienna) but the room you see on the internet is probably a super deluxe room because actualy they are tiny, the bed not confortable. It has a very small TV (12 inches or so) and a very small bathtub. The breakfast is good. The staff is...

This hotel was booked for me as it was very close to business I had to attend during my stay. Though I realised from their website that it wouldn't be a top hotel I thought a four star hotel is a four star hotel, how bad could it get? Well....ok, the lobby and the restaurant were ok (though by no...

My family of 5 decided to try Christmas at Hotel Regina in Vienna. The hotel staff were very polite and a little stuffy, but very helpful when asked. The building is old and in need of complete renovation. The floors creak and the ventilation leaves something to be desired. The televisions are outdated analog and the channel selection was very...
