We really enjoyed our stay here! The staff was super friendly. We arrived earlier than the supposed check-in time and we still got our room right away as we had wished. Our room was very clean, had a nice view from our windows, beds were great and the cleaning services worked very well. The breakfast was versatile and all in all very good. Pretty sure we will book this hotel again if visiting Wien. :)

We stayed there for three nights. The breakfest was excellent with very friendly server. Perfect to explore the downtown by foot. The reception provides us very nice references dir sight seeing. All in all a very nice stay.

Holiday Inn city hotel is a real gem! Reception staff are so kind and accommodating with nothing too much of a bother. Breakfast was substantial and set you up nicely for the day to tour the city taking in its fantastic array of beautiful buildings and amazing museums and art houses! Cannot wait to return!!!!

Incredible We loved it so much, the beds are so good, and the buffet in the morning is above extraordinary. The bathroom works perfect same with the wi-fi and TV. All the staff were beyond kind and even the guests in the hotel were really nice to you.

Excellent hotel in a good location within walking distance of the city and near U-Bahn satiation. Very helpful staff and thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast there. The room we were allocated was clean and spacious for a family of three. Would defiantly go back

Excelent service, the staff is son nice and helpful. Especially one girl member of the staff that is Serbian, she is so nice and friendly, hopefully she reads this, congratulations for having very good staff. I was so happy with the hotel:)

Upon arriving at the hotel I was greated with a big smile and feeled immediately at home away from home. The checkin was very smooth and the person at checkin showed a caring attitude. The room was very nice and had all comfort. The breakfast had a lot of choice and was fresh. I felt also safe from a covid point of view. certainly I will come back when I am in Vienna!

We traveled in Vienna from 2-6 of February. The hotel is about 25 minutes walk from Vienna Opera. Very friendly and clean hotel. But we had a small incident with a receptionist who was a bit rude to us. However the breakfast and the other staff was very friendly. Clean rooms and nice beds. The area were the hotel is located was quite and seemed safe. Also close to the hotel there is an Covid 19 test cabin.

This is a newly refurbished hotel in the city center, with super friendly staff. It has nice big rooms and a very good breakfast. I especially enjoyed that the room was completely quiet and I had a really good nights sleep.
