Lovely hotel, easily accessible via public transport, with a few decent eateries within walking distance.
Room was spacious, comfortable and clean.
Shower pressure and hot water was plentiful.
Service was good, especially at the restaurant where the breakfast was served. But check-in was very slow....More

We got an incredible rate on a reseller site for an "economy" room, which I worried would be the size of a broom closet. In actuality it was decent by European standards (but definitely very cozy). The beds - two twins on a shared base,...More
Having read reviews we were confident this would be a good hotel but it was much better than anything we were anticipating. The hotel was really lovely, room excellent, toiletries good and a fabulous breakfast. Do not hesitate to book this hotel.

The fourth district combines elegant tradition with contemporary style and relaxed living. More than a dozen town palaces and churches such as St. Charles Borromeo have added glamour to a neighbourhood known for its traditional retail and crafts shops, taverns, cafés. Wieden is also home to Naschmarkt, Vienna’s largest street market. Many bohemian types have found their way to Wieden: meet them in trendy cafés and
bars, shop alongside them for vintage items, enjoy Wien Museum’s and Kunsthalle’s modern temporary exhibitions, and hang out with the bees at Vienna’s most beautiful urban garden, Karlsgarten.

thank you for your message and sorry for my late replay. From Wien Hauptbahnhof (Central Station) the KAISERHOF is reachable with Metroline U1 (red line) - 2 Stations from the Station to Karlsplatz. At Karlsplatz, take the exit Resselpark and follow Wiedner Hauptstrasse. It is a 3-5 minutes walk from there.
The other option is taking a taxi, its around 10 minutes ride and costs apr. 10€.
Kind regards from Vienna
Yours KAISERHOF Team
