At the 25hours Hotel at MuseumsQuartier, the Augsburg design team DREIMETA created a relaxed hotel with atmosphere which draws upon the dreams and sensations of the circus world and presents elements from the big top in a new environment. The brightly coloured rooms and suites show off exclusive wallpapers from Berlin illustrator Olaf Hayek. RIBELLI serves traditional oven-baked dishes and neapolitan pizza. The Dachboden bar with terrace has views over the rooftops of Vienna and is known far beyond the city. 183 rooms • 34 suites • Mini-bar • Safe • UE Boom Bluetooth speaker • free high-speed wifi throughout the building • iMac work stations • Free MINI rental • Schindelhauer bikes for rent • Jogging corner • RIBELLI restaurant with terrace • Burger de Ville summer garden • Dachboden bar with roof terrace • 4 function rooms • Mermaid’s Cave with sauna, steam bath and fitness room • Car park

Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

The hotel is nice and in a perfect location. Staff are friendly and breakfast buffet copious. The gym is compact, but I love that they have a rower which I use every morning. Rooms are spacious and the kitchenette is just what I needed. So why am I unhappy? The view from the floor to ceiling windows is great, but the room turns into a sauna in summer. The AC cant handle the heat and, as such, it is more comfortable to sleep in the hallway than in the room itself. Talking to the front desk thrice did not change anything. For this reason, I have no desire to come back and will, as usual, head to the Hotel Altstadt which was unfortunately booked this week.

Awesome hotel design, as the title says “We are all mad here” is the sign that meets the eye on a hotel entrance and this spirit follows you all around the hotel. Great rooms, dont miss visiting roof top terace at the evening since it is a heart of fun with faboulus view at Vienna. Breakfast are rich with a plenty of choice, evening itaian restaurant serves well to hungry tourist after all day long sightseeing aroun Vienna. If you are looking for an outside of the box hotel, 25hours Vienna is your (and our) choice!

In May, my husband and I went to Vienna for a few days and I was looking for an unusual and modern hotel in the city center, without gilding and crystal chandeliers:) In the end, we stayed at the 25hours Hotel beim MuseumsQuartier, and it was just a perfect hit - the hotel is crazy in every sense :) Actually, it says right at the entrance that "We are all mad here" The whole hotel consists of cool little things that are united by one theme - the circus. But why the circus? As it turned out, the concept of the hotel is connected with the most famous Viennese amusement park Prater, where one of the first circuses in Central Europe was located. The design of hotel is crazy, even the elevator is stylized as a cage for animals, not to mention the decoration of the rooms:) But it is really cool! The 25hours Hotel beim MuseumsQuartier is located right in the center of Vienna, next to the Museum Quarter, everywhere you can walk or ride a bike, we did not use public transport at all. Breakfast is excellent, it turns into a brunch on weekends because it is served until 2 pm, a minibar with refill in the price of the room, and on the 8th floor there is a Dachboden rooftop bar with a beautiful view of the city. This is a beautiful and comfortable hotel where you can enjoy modern Vienna!

Very unique hotel designed in a very special way. The staff was very friendly, great location, and the breakfast was very good. On the other hand, the rooms are a little bit small and we couldn't turn on the AC so it was quite hot. Overall great hotel and very recommended

how they handled my corona voucher was not ok. also at the reception they agreed with me, but couldn't or wouldn't change it. I then sent an email to the management but never heard back. Next time I take an other hotel!

Loved staying here every second. Great, fun hotel perfectly located next to museums, shopping streets and opposite the first district. Staff is very friendly and supportive and the breakfast is delicious. The rooftop bar Der kleine Dachboden is the place to be in the evening overlooking Vienna. We will come back in a heartbeat.

Have you ever wanted to feel the circus experience, when I travel I choose cities with 25 hours on them because the experience, the design, the service, and the vibe are incredible. In 25 hours a concept you should understand that everything is placed there for a reason, the smallest details are chosen in a way that reflects the city culture and its concept! Every minute can be filled with love

My husband and I stayed here for a week with our dog, while my husband attended a business conference. The staff became like family towards the end of our stay. I have to give a special thanks to Yusef and Victoria. My dog's foot became infected the first day of our stay and they helped me find a vet, arranged needed transportation and checked in on us for our remaining time. They were so helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. When we first arrived, we arrived late and there was no available parking at the hotel. Unloading is a bit challenging since there is no carport or entry driveway, you just pull up onto the curb beside the hotel to unload/load your luggage. That was the only down side. But Killian at the front desk was very helpful in assisting us with information on what to do and where we could find less expensive parking nearby. Our room was wonderful, comfortable and quiet and the items in the minibar were free. We ate at the restaurant a few times. The Breakfast buffet was fantastic, lunch pizza was very good and our late night drinks and cheese plate, yummy. They also allowed us to bring our dog into the restaurant. The upstairs bar and roof-top view was also nice. The fitness center is not the best, but with a little creativity you can get the job done. Loved the art and quirkiness of the atmosphere. It's in a great location, I was able to walk to most parts of the city only needing a cab for the furthest city points (Schonbrunn Palace and Hundertwasserhaus)

This is a hotel that tries to be fun but actually lives up to it. The decor is bright, the rooms are well decorated and the staff are super friendly. The location is near the MuseumsQuartier, and you can either walk to the main shopping streets or catch a tram. There’s plenty to do in the immediate area too. I was upgraded to a bigger room which included a kitchenette, and a nicer bathroom. The room itself was comfy and my only complaint (as often with hotels) was that the lighting felt dim. The bed was good and had separate duvets, even on a double. There’s also a very popular bar on the top floor which is great for a drink, but it gets busy. Would happily stay again.
