Beautiful hotel with incredible service. Beds incredibly comfortable. Rafael at the front desk / concierge is amazing. Breakfast is fantastic. Highly recommend. We had our two young boys with us and still had a blast - that said, come with your significant other / partner and you will not be disappointed.
I rarely write reviews, especially for stays at five-star properties where my expectations are already extremely high, making it difficult to be overly impressed. But I must say, our recent stay (Family of Three) at The Hotel Imperial blew us away - hitting on all marks, including (i) The Environment (rooms are one-of-a-kind memorable); The Food (Imperial Cafe is an absolute must, we ate there twice during our three-night stay, and probably regretted the one time we did not... the best wiener schnitzel in Vienna without question); and most importantly (iii) The Service -everyone was amazing, but a special shout-out to Anita and Marinna at concierge/front-desk for tourist tips and landing us great orchestra tickets.
My husband and I celebrated our 25th anniversary here. We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights. We were honored as a Marriot platinum member and got an upgrade at check in. They prepared champagne, cake and balloons for us in our room. Every single staff members here are so professional and kind. The food is also amazing here. We love the cafe and the room services as well. It definitely excess my expectations as a very picky traveler myself. This hotel has so much history behind. I strongly recommend this hotel for arts and history lovers. I would like to give this hotel 6 stars. Thank you Hotel imperial Vienna for making our anniversary so special.
The Imperial is fantastic. The service in particular needs to be called out as brilliant, really the best we have experienced. The room was spotlessly clean and serviced impeccably every day. The bar and cafe served high quality food and drink in a cool, relaxing atmosphere. The art works and the antiques add to a magical atmosphere throughout the hotel. No complaints, thanks to everybody at the hotel.
While staying at the Imperial in Vienna I received the most wonderful care. Both Katrina and Sebastian were warm, kind , friendly and attentive. A regal hotel with charm and wonder. You will love the location and the historic beauty. Don’t forget to have a drink in the lovely bar and breakfast on the deck.
A Historic Hotel that certainly didn't disappoint. Its a Palace with antiques and original art works every where you look. The type of room I've stayed in is called "Elizabeth" a suite that has a separate sitting room, bedroom with an over sized king bed, large marble bathroom with separate shower and bathtub. A separate toilet and walkin closet at the entrance. The suite walls are dressed in silk and the highest celling I've ever seen. Natuarly the suite has all the modern features of 2 flat screen TVs, 3 phones, safe box and mini fridge. The suite can do with a nespresso coffee machine. Unfortunately I haven't yet got to try the Resturant, however room service breakfast has been very quick evey day. The hotel is in the City Centre surrounded by many attractions that I could walk to or a short tram ride away. The sleep quality has been tremendous, due to double windows that block out street traffic etc. The staff everywhere have been wonderful. Special mention to the Chamber Maid, Butlers, Receptionists and Doormen. I have been so impressed with this hotel that I've cut down my trip to Budapest to return again to the Imperial for 3 more nights next week. …
This was the most magnificent hotel! It was beautiful and the service was amazing! Highly recommend this hotel if your plans take you to Vienna! Great location with most sites in walking distance as well! We hope to be back one day! Many thanks to this amazing hotel staff!
What an amazing hotel. This is a gem in Vienna, full of history, a perfect combination of old well preserve rooms with modern features. As a Marriot platinum member i was upgraded to a excellent Q.Elizabeth jr. Suite, very well appointed room, magnificent bed and bathroom, and excellent work station. Staff was very formal, but friendly, very viennese style!. Breakfast was very formal but superb!
The hotel architecture and style is classic and gorgeous. The ambiance is elegant, yet very welcoming. They also have a great restaurant: Café Imperial which perfectly matches the hotel itself. The rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable. Above all, the warmth of the staff members in every area is outstanding. They welcome us with smiles and familiarity. Every request is approached with kindness and efficiency.
The room was so fabulous and beautiful room, calling Maria Teresia suite. This is quite a Vienna room! Plus, the concierge helped so much for tickets arrangement and the breakfast served a delicious egg benedict and a glass of my favorite champagne”LAURENT-PERRIER”. The perfect.
