The rooms are clean and at the correct temperature, The staff are always positive and helpful. For visitors without German, several other languages are spoken and spoken well.

Service, decor in both public areas and in our rooms, and the breakfast buffet were all excellent in this superb hotel only five minutes' walk from Stefansplatz. Free wi-fi and safes in the rooms were nice touches. I would definitely stay here again.

Charming restaurant on a dead end street in the centre of the city. Beautiful, clean and well appointed with helpful and courteous staff. The breakfast room is lovely and the buffet breakfast has a great selection of delicious choices.
