This was my second time at the hotel. I has a smaller room as i asked for the cheapest option, but even that one was good enough to make feel like at a friendly, cozy place. The ambience, the location, the facilities all are high quality. An the staff is just superb! They find pleasure in serving you. Matthew at...

This hotel is fabulous. I remembered an article that I had read in a magazine about this hotel fully 20-25 years ago, and so I decided to give it a try. It did not disappoint! I cannot say enough good things about the hotel and the staff. Highly recommended!

Stayed in a maisonette room with our 20 year old son. Wonderful. So much room and spotlessly clean. Hotel quiet. Staff helpful and friendly. Provided us with kettle and mugs on request. Breakfast freshly cooked. Location fantastic. Didn't want to leave!

Definitely worth a staying here. Well appointed, relatively large and clean rooms. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Its in as good a position in cental Vienna as you could ask for. There are two types of room, one modern and one traditional. Both are good but, on balance, I'd go for a traditional one.

Excellent location close to cathedral, very old building modernised in an old style, bedrooms large with excellent bathrooms, staff very attentive, breakfast adequate but not brilliant. So why not upto expectations - I do not know but it did not quite gel.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Huge room on two floors, clean, well equipped. Staff very helpful and friendly. Not too impressed with the restaurant, food was a little bit stodgy, but I think that's Viennese style! Good location.

Stayed here for 3 nights in the modern part of the hotel. Room was huge with brilliant bathroom and excellent shower. Two toilets, lovely toiletries. Housekeeping very good and clean. Room was perhaps a bit dark and although modern the décor could be brighter. Breakfast was very good and staff helpful and attentive. Eggs cooked to order and fresh fruit...

Nice and quiet hotel on the perfect location with the frendly, kind, smiling stuff. Room was with street view but also quiet, spacious, designed with quality toiletries, bed and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast tasty and you can come till 11.45, late check out. Instead of asking waiter if you would like eggs for breakfast they can put a list of...

In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the centre. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
