First- check in process was calm and smooth. I was early and didn't expect to be able to check in, just to store my luggage until after my afternoon meetings. However i was checked in no problem. Room was immaculate, good soundproofing and blackout curtains....More
The gym is a total let down so keep your expectations low. The front desk isnt too helpful (though part of it could be a language issue). When I informed them that one of the machines in the gym could be out of order (I...More
Love this hotel in the heart of Vienna, the whole family enjoyed the stay. Although no parking on site but hotel provided us an option. Pricey but worth it. Our room was so spacious & comfortable. The hotel itself is convenient & safe.
The rooms have an open douche a cabin in the middle of the room.the hotel is located in a good place .it is a business hotel than a leisure one.our room wasn't a big one.the beds were comfortable.the hotel was a modest one

The eighth district is an older generation’s Vienna at its finest: and this is what makes it popular with locals of all ages. Josefstadt has theatre, small independent shops, romantic passageways, neighbourhood cafés with regular clientele, church squares, town palaces and shady communal gardens. Trendy hangouts have conquered distinctive places such as the Old General Hospital (Altes AKH) and the vaults of
overground U6. Theater in der Josefstadt on Josefstädter Strasse is the district’s cultural epicentre. Even if your German isn’t good enough to watch a play, you can marvel at the typical Biedermeier building and take a glimpse into the foyer. Lange Gasse houses an iconic local restaurant at its corner, as well as a legendary sweet shop and a bustling neighbourhood market every Saturday. For small palace atmosphere and a different view on Vienna’s history, make your way to Schönborn garden palace (Palais Schönborn), which houses the Museum of Folk and Folk Art (Volkskundemuseum). Maria-Treu-Platz, with its summer outdoor cafés facing baroque church Maria Treu, and the historic passageway of Lerchenfelder Strasse 13 hide top spots for insiders.

Hi, just to answer your question. All the rooms have tea and coffee making facilities EXCEPT the superior rooms. We spent a short break here last month and were given a superior room, which didn't have tea & coffee. However, on their website, it shows that all rooms except superior rooms have them. Hope this helps. Have a great time.
