Fantastic apartment. Well equipped, very warm and comfortable. Only negative - when we booked it via Tripadvisor it said breakfast included in price. However this was not meant to be as apparently I did not select the correct rate. So beware! I had to pay for our breakfast on the first day which is available in the Sky hotel around the corner. It is €14 per person and it really is not worth it. The Sky hotel dining room smelled of cigarette amoke and there was very little on offer to eat and we had to ask the staff to bring out some bread. On a positive note, it was far more relaxing to make our own breakfast in the apartment for the rest of our stay. The location of the apartment is perfect for public transport and local takeaways and supermarket. There is a free Covid home testing drop off centre available in the local Billa centre. Very convenient to do our own pcr tests in our apartment and then drop samples off at the Billa before ggetti g on the underground to go sightseeing. While there is no reception in the building, we could communicate with the numa team via whatsapp and their replies were always prompt and helpful. We would gladly stay in the apartment again. The service was realy bad! Our appartement was overbooked. When we arived at the appartement we saw it was not the one we booked. Numa strauss had downgraded our room. When we contated Numa strauss they only offerd us the room differance. Wich was 20%. We booked a room with 2 beds and a sleeping couch. When we arived we only got one bed and a sleeping couch. That ment 2 of our friends had to sleep on a 10 cm mattras and a sceeky sleeping couch. Its only thanks to booking.com we had a nice holiday. My advise dont stay there bad service!! And if u choose to stay there be warned that your booking can be downgraded on the same day of your arrival.

Very spacious and clean. We were worried about the heating, but it worked wonders! Great after spending the day touring the city, which was easy to get to. The administration was nice, helpful and patient explaining us some things about the apartment and Vienna in general. We need to visit the city again in Summer. I can't wait to enjoy the balcony.

Our Apartment was modern and warmly decorated. All neccessary stuff, starting from different towels to bottle opener, was there. The connection to the public transportation is just perfect, you may enter the Underground line U4 by crossing the street. 10 minutes to get to the city center.
