Was on the 8th floor because as told at the reception on arrival that where the twin beds were. View of the city from the floor was magnificent! I would have liked a room with the long windows. The close proximity to the city Centre was fantastic.

We booked here spontaneously as our original booked - via booking.com - apartment turned out to be a filthy dump. Staff is very firendly and helpful. The location is great and Viennas center is in 5 min walking distance to the Stephansdom. Tram lines and busses right in front of the hotel. Some really good retaurants are just around the...

This place is not close to the attractions but very close to transportation. We bought a city pass at Vienna's train station and the pass is good for subway and buses and trams and we used this to get around. The place is clean and the studio apartment is small. We stayed 3 nights in that appart hotel not so far from the Vienna city center. As Platinium member we were supposed to be upgraded but I wasn't convinced of any. Room need a refurbish and are quite tiny. Our rooms wasn't cleaned during the 3 days. The price paid seems to be a bit too expensive for the overall...

I would like to see a classic room because our was on the roof top, very low ceiling very classic. No cleaning, so if you don't have anymore tissue... It is quite noisy you can hear your neighbors moving...

Very kind atention. Great location, wide and confortable. Tram number 2 that takes you everywhere stops in front of the main door but you can walk 15 minutes to the heart of the city. You have a supermarket near the hotel.

Great location, near everything and the tram is right outside the front door. Very good value. Good to have kitchen facilities and use of gym equipment. Unfortunately our room was too hot during the night but all else was fine.

A furbished apartment has no cleaning service and no change of towels for 5 days. The daily room rate is over 145 more euro, Saturday and Sunday cost almost double of the room rate. No.1 and 2 tram stops are in front of then hotel, it is convenient.

Neighbourhood Profile
Inner City
In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the centre. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
