Watch out! They have cancelled my reservation just many days before the arrival unilaterally, without any reliable reason under the pretext that there was a mistake in the price. There were an there are recently and today similar prices to mine. That has caused to my a very big problem. I can't recomend this hotel at all. That behaviour has been really pathetic. Mucho cuidado con esta gente. Cancelaron mi reserva unilateralmente poco antes de llegar con el pretexto de que se habían equivocado en el precio de la oferta. Ponte a buscar un hotel económico y por el mismo sitio con tan poco tiempo. La actitud de booking y del alojamiento ha sido lamentable. No os fieis de ellos. Achtung! Man kann sich auf ihnen überhaupt nicht verlassen. Sie sagten, der Preis war ein Fehler und plötzlich hatte ich kein Hotel. The worst hotel I have stayed in the longest while, hotel staffs are not helpful and racist.. Not helpful, not understanding and absolutely unreasonable. My once cent, if you are colored, you’d do well to Look for somewhere else.
Staying at Roomz was ok but nothing extra. Room is ok, it’s clean and breakfast is good. It’s located in the center of new business center and with walking distance to Prater. Considering prices in Vienna, this is a fair price for what it offers.
This hotel is newer and very modern. We only had breakfast there but it was very good and the wait staff pleasant and efficient. The front desk staff didn’t speak English very well but we managed to communicate without trouble. The bar staff was the best, except for the communication at times. We all managed well, however, bring your own toiletries. No frills, but clean and comfy.
This hotel deserves its 5star rating for many reasons even there is a area for improvement. Location: near U1 metro station and near airport train. Newly built area with lots of public services, stores, etc. Interior: modern rooms with open space. Walls are a bit depressing, navy blue color is not my favorite, otherwise it has nice design. Friendliness: reception staff is the most professional. Restaurant needs to improve the service. On one hand it is nice to have freshly hired young people, but on the other hand it’s good that they have a support, so the orders are correct. Reception could communicate better late c/o request with housekeeping. Ladies were sweet, but first knocking at the door was at 11:45, regular c/out is at 12:00. Following knocking were at 12:10, 12:30 and 12:40. It was annoying. I asked for 13:00 c/out time. Food and drinks: great breakfast buffet with an option to make your own carrot/apple/ginger fresh. Julius Meinl coffee is a good addition. Lunch buffet had always different choices every day. Dinner was not my favorite part. Cleanliness: room was perfectly clean, everyday service is a great option as for a budget hotel. Public areas were clean as well. Hope it will remain the same in the future. Safety: safe is available in the room. There is a luggage room in the lobby area. I left my two bags and I haven’t got any tags, or somehow my luggage was not identified. The same lady was at my return. So I got my bag with no question. It will feel more safe if there is a tag, because I haven’t seen before guys from 3 pm shift. There is no need to use a key to get to any of the floors, so it easy to invite anyone you want and not register them at the reception. In general I would recommend this place. There few things to work on, but my 5 stars were deserved. …
