Excellent hotel location. Reasonable room size. Breakfast choices are limited but I found it good enough. Underground metro station near the hotel. Shopping and Resturants options are walking distance

Friendly and competent service, nice, quiet and clean rooms, tasty breakfast with very good choice of different food, great location in the old town of Vienna. Nearby different shops and restaurants for every possible taste. I will definitely recommend the hotel to my friends. Only minus: very limited choice of gluten-free meals in the lobby bar.

My wife and I stayed here for the second time in a year recently. Everything about our stay was great: the staff at the hotel is incredibly helpful, friendly and courteous, eager to please and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Room was very quiet and clean. The hotel is perfectly situated: near an U-Bahn station, walking distance of the...

Once you know how to find your way back to the hotel, the rest are easier. Close to many attractions, shopping, restaurants, churches... The two most famous churches are walking distances. One caveat; those opera sales persons are all crooks, they don't represent the opera but their own slef interest. Buy the cheapest ticket that one cannot even seen, and...

I had to call 3 times, and 2 hours to get some coffee and sugar...and when you have meetings to wait for the sugar and coffee is not accepted, besides that everything else is good and nice, the people always friendly

Situated right in the centre of the old city, very close to all the major tourist attractions and subway station 2 mins around the corner. Very comfortable indeed (complete disclosure: I was upgraded to a huge suite) and excellent service from the front desk. Above average breakfast. Highly recommended

Staying in Inner City

Neighbourhood Profile
Inner City
In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the centre. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
