Perfectly located for dining, shopping, skiing and hiking while having the quiet, relaxing atmosphere that you would have if you were staying out in the countryside. We were kindly upgraded to Room 7 which has two full baths, a separate living room and a cooking area furnished so that you can actually cook something. Every detail is designed to make... More

Villa Licht is an exquisite boutique hotel in the centre of Kitzbuehel. The owner - Renate - is a wonderful host who will take good care of you (I must have been there around ten times - both winter and summer - before I bought my own place). The breakfast room is family-like and offers an impressive buffet. The hotel... More

Had been in Kitzbühel for a long weekend ski break. Location is perfect. Only 5 mins walking distance from Hahnenkamm ski-cabin Lift to around 1500 m. Hotel is at the heart of city Kitzbuhel. There are bars, restaurants just next door. Very convenient market and 10 mins walk to shopping street. Hotel breakfast is almost perfect. Did not try lunch... More

Quiet and friendly with a very knowledgeable barman who seems to know everything, including the meaning of life. Seriously, lovely place with the right balance between efficiency and genuine family charm.

We visited this hotel for evening drinks and had a tour around. It is so pretty, lovely garden and everything you could want in a small hotel, 14 rooms. Didn't see the rooms but the public areas are lovely. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here if visiting kitzbuhel.

What a surprise. Clean large room. Spacious bathroom. We had room 9 which has a balcony overlooking garden and the Horn mountain. Perfect setting to watch sunrise. The hotel was quiet and well located. We walked into town each evening for dinner - 5 minute walk to great restaurants. Short, level walk to either gondola lifts for gorgeous mountain views.... Big comfortable rooms, with so warm touches and everything so nice and clean, very good comfortable beds, so nice and so clean bathrooms, terasse with space if you would like to sit for a cup of coffie... This small, friendly hotel is crammed full of character and comfort, totally exceeding our expectations. The bedroom was huge, with a separate sitting room too and so many thoughtful touches, like the kettle and flavoured teas. The choice and presentation at breakfast was most impressive. The staff really friendly and very helpful. All this within easy walking distance of the... More

Another perfect visit to this home from home hotel. Clean and modern, it always manages to maintain the charm of the Tyrol. We love the oasis of calm that it provides whilst being only a few hundred metres from the bustling centre of town and it's shops, bars and restaurants. From the quaint bar, (perfect to meet for drinks before... More

It felt like home once we stepped in the door. We were greeted like old friends and that continued for the duration of our stay. Big comfortable rooms, with windows that open for fresh air. Great breakfast with so much choice and eggs cooked to order. We given details of the town and suggested places to eat. The location is... More
