Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Small cute hotel with lovely terrace. The rooms were clean and tidy with warm water. Staff at the counter were hospitable and super friendly all the time. There were bicycles available for guests. Breakfast buffet was very tempting though we didn't take.

Hotel's Favourite
My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one night. I wish we had stayed longer, we absolutely loved it! it was the highlight of our short break in Innsbruck. Location is great, only a few minutes walk to the old town. The hotel is not very big which is nice and it feels very boutique and special. Great design and eye for detail. Every time we walked around we discovered something new. Our room was small but big enough for the two of us, beautiful and comfortable, with lots of storage space, comfy bed, Nespresso machine which was very appreciated. Bathroom not big but comfortable, lovely shower and toiletries. The courtyard is a dream, unfortunately it was a bit cold and rainy to sit outside, but the design is amazing, very green and wild, with a water feature , nice furniture , loved it! There´s also a roof terrace with a beautiful deck which might be great to go for drinks with the right weather and even for an event. The breakfast was the best part, we had brunch offered on Sundays only. Great selection, top quality!! Service was also very good and friendly, we fully recommend it and would definitely return to Innsbruck only to stay in this hotel!!

A really nice little hotel in the heart of Innsbruck. The rooms are compact and practical, perfect for a long weekend or a through visit. The staff are really friendly and very informative about the surrounding area and different vouchers/tickets. We were there for Christmas eve and they laid on a really nice Christmas breakfast, with salmon and nice cheeses. My only slight negative is that the rooms are small and there was a lack of surfaces to put stuff on, so we did end up balancing alot of things on top of the fridge. But if we do return we would certainly be using the hotel again!

Great Hotel, perfect location, fun rooms!, very friendly staff! Great place to stay in Innsbruck— Room are modern with a twist of styles — entertaining and pleasant. Our suite had a balcony, automatic shades, eccentric atmosphere— fun! Highly recommended.

Hotel was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel within walking distance to restaurants, park and city center. I am in my mid 60's and was able to climb the steep stairs to the loft bedroom. Something to consider if you have any limitations.

There was no air conditioner in the room, no fridge in the room and it was very small for two people. It was also strange that the patio was adjacent to a private persons home, with an unlocked door in-between. Breakfast was ok, nothing special for that price. It was definitely not a four star hotel!

We loved this hotel. Unique, a bit funky, one-of-a-kind place. Very comfortable room, beautiful common spaces, and a delicious breakfast buffet where you can drink your coffee and eat your food in their gorgeous garden. You will not regret staying here!

We enjoyed this friendly and quirky hotel. Reception was very nice and the room was imaginative. We could walk into the old town. Also had a very nice wheelchair accessible room. We did find out that the heat was maxed at 22 Celsius and we were a little cold but otherwise it was a good stay. They also have parking at 10 euro

Great location. About 5/6 bus stops from the airport so really easy to find, very central. Room was small, the toilet and shower were separated but the sink was in the main room which was fine for us but might be an issue for others, as might the steep steps up to the bed ( in a room called climb up… I don’t remember specifically asking for this room when booking ). Views were stunning. Staff on the front desk really helpful. Didn’t have breakfast due to its high price. Overall loved our stay and highly recommend.
