This hotel is absolutely terrible. The staff at the reception was arrogant and unhelpful, their english was very poor and one could have the impression they did not wellcome foreigners. The room i got was dirty and was not even cleaned although I complained. Never again.

The Penz is in a modern glass building in the center of Innsbruck and is very convenient for sightseeing in the town. Our room was clean and a good size with a nice view of the town and mountains and parking was provided in the garage associated with the building and attached shopping arcade. If you have kids, there is...

A lovely modern hotel, superbly located in central Innsbruck and reasonably priced. Very friendly and helpful staff, and a fabulous buffet breakfast spread. Highly recommended.

Title says it all - we took pictures we were so impressed with the breakfast bar. Wow! Oatmeal with 10 to 15 different toppings. Bratwurst, german pretzels, knockwerst for breakfast. 10 different types of cheeses. 20 plus different types of breads then the pastries!! The most impressive part? The fruit bar - ugly fruit, star fruit, passion fruit, lychee, pomogranites,...

The Great: The Location and views. Sits in an almost ideal location and the view from the terrace area is awesome. A 2 minute walk and you are in old town. The Staff. Some find these folks "not overly" friendly, but we found they reflect what is presented to them to a large degree. If you are warm and happy,...

This is a very modern and comfortable hotel. Rooms are large and comfortable, and very good good bathrooms with a large shower cubicle. (Just don't pull the red cord in the bathroom that I thought was a clothes line - it was an emergency call alarm!). I agree with a previous reviewer that the breakfast is exceptionally good, with one...

I stayed in Penz Hotel late May for 1 night during a business trip. The location is convenient to walk around old down of Innsbruck with plenty of Bars and Restaurants nearby. Rooms are stylish with minimalistic interiors. But the best of Penz Hotel is the morning breakfast with wide selection of fresh Austrian bread, juices, fruits and all you...

Penz is a modern hotel with contemporary lines. Location perfect. Began our trip there as we drove in from zurich airport. Travelling with husband and two college age kids. They loved the hotel and the breakfast was outstanding. I have never seen so many types of exotic fruits and jams and honey selections. The view from the rooftop bar and...

A glass palace with panorama views: in terms of furnishings, The Penz, located in the heart of Innsbruck, is not much different than other 4-star hotels.
