Location is great - within easy walking distance of the centre and the hotel looks nice and modern from the outside but inside the rooms are slightly shabby. Not dirty - everything was spotlessly clean, but just a little tired. Unfortunately the room we were given was at the end of a long corridor and so the WiFi didn't work...

The Ramada Tivoli is excellent for skiers. The skier shuttle bus stops at the front door every day - very few hotels have this luxury and convenience for skiers. The hotel has a ski room and the ski hire company in the old town drops off and picks up your skis right to/from the Ramada Tivoli! The hotel is reasonably...

This hotel is modern and has great view over the surrounding mountains. Rooms are very well designed and with adequate facilities providing a very comfortable stay. The most surprising and amazing part was the breakfast. Such a great and complete breakfast can be rarely seen in a budget hotel. There are many choices of ham, cheese, jam, bread and many...

Due to a defect airplane we got stuck at the airport and the airline put us up at the Ramada. Rooms were nice and comfy. Personnel at check-in and bar were friendly and efficient, certainly given the fact that they had to deal with a full airplane load of people. We did not eat at the hotel so nothing to...

We booked a Junior Suite at this hotel and the room was amazing. Great views of the mountains from either side of the room and very very spacious. The bathroom was big and spacious and even had underfloor heating. The suite also had a separate lounge as well as a walk in closet! I loved it. It was great to...

I visited this property in June 2016. I find it an average property with smaller room sizes. They need to improve their services too. Food is also improve. But you can consider this property if u look into middle segment property.

Positives: 1. Good range of items for breakfast- cooked meats and eggs, cold cuts and lots of breads/pastries. 2. Wifi worked pretty well for us. Negatives: 1. There is no kettle or hot water facility in the room. There is also no room service offered in the hotel. If you want to make yourself a hot drink you have to...

If you coming for a long weekend you don't really need more. Would do with bit of refresh but nothing serious. There is a basic steam room and sauna to use. Recommended after all day skiing. Breakfast was nothing special, but is just upstairs without going to centre.

Average hotel, very small in terms of facilities. The lobby area is tiny and the restaurant isn't much bigger. The breakfast room on the 11th floor is the biggest but only open in the morning. The staff on reception aren't very polite or helpful. We had rented ski equipment and before going to collect we asked where the ski room...
