Excellent Hotel. Be ambience, facilities, lunch rooms, bathroom everything is above par. Indian food served from outsourcing. It's above 3 star. Located well. Only issue is of lifts which are only two which sometimes results in over crowding.

The breakfast and the saunas we appreciated the most with this relatively good hotel for our skitrip around Innsbruck. Good standard overall at the hotel, but with one big improvement point needed: the ventilation doesnt work properly. Around midnight it closes down every night leaving the room with low oxygen in the room and we all wake up. We talked...

I'm here now and it sounds like I'm at a Bavarian beer fest. At almost 11pm. Our room is above the bar slash recreation room so we are enduring loud music, clapping, and screaming. With a three year old, and a six hour drive home, this makes things so miserable; the staff knew we were traveling with a little one...

My family and I stayed for 4 nights over Christmas. I had a single room which I have no complaints about however other family members had a family room Which was basically the same size room as mine with an extra bed. When booking family rooms Ia larger room is normally expected. The hotel is really clean which is always....

Stayed one night in this hotel as I am part of the group tour. The hotel is located at the edge of the city. It is a nice and clean hotel. The staff is friendly and nice and speaks English. The only problem i think is the small lift and there are only two of them.

perfect location, with a view to so many mountains around, had a huge room, enjoyed the sauna both days, cooling down on the terrace of the spa with the amazing view, there are also many ski areas nearby

Breakfast management is very bad , food in foreigners area is really few . Asking to sraff, say it is for group . But I am only one person of asian face, also not allowed to enter the European breakfast area. It's obvious discrimination. Say nothing of other things. anyone with black hair or no European face should not to come.
