This is an established hotel that knows how to treat guests well. We took advantage of a weekend deal (3 nights for the price of 2) which brought the price down to where we could justify staying here. Big rooms with balconies, a great breakfast included, good wi-if, and plentifully of free parking. And they give you bus tickets to...

I stayed here for almost 2 months on a business trip. My room was kept very clean and tidy. I had a buffet-like breakfast included. This is a family-owned 35-room Hotel not far from Salzburg City, by car 15 minutes drive., 5 minutes from Airport. As there are many festival-weeks in this busy sometimes narrow and overcrowded city, this is a convenient alternative to staying right in the city center. Free parking directly at Hotel, Bus station in front of hotel nearby into city Center....

Hotel Brandstätter is a nice 4 star hotel not directly in the center of Salzburg. It is close to the highway, but the rooms are quiet. Breakfast and dinner are very good, some guides rate it as one of the top restaurants in Salzburg.

The Hotel Brandstaetter is located a little bit out of the center in Salzburg. The style is Austrian. The rooms are good, no carpet on the floor and no shower curtains. Breakfast is very good. The restaurant is quite expensive but excellent.
