This is the second time I have stayed here. It certainly is good value at only 63 Euro for single room and breakfast, but I'm afraid they have lot to learn about customer service. If you're not affected by that, or you don't mind staff completely ignoring you when you say hello, it's a reasonable deal.

Pros: friendly staff, good breakfast, nice outdoor patio, free wi-fi, reasonable price. Cons: We unfortunately were there on two incredibly hot days (90 F) and with only a fan in the room, it was miserable. Check the weather in the summer before coming. There are not many AC hotels in Salzburg in this price range. The rooms seem to vary...

I was sent here from another Hotel as they were full, very nice surpise for us again in this great town. The Lasserhof is a great place to stay. Close to the train station, close to the center, clean, nice rooms, great breakfast and all the rest you can think of was good. The hotel is small, 30 or 35...

This pace was nice, but was hard for us to find on our own. We finally took a taxi from the train station and got there in about 10 mins. Inside is a little old, but that is to be expected. Room was large and comfortable. Nice balcony, but not much of a view. Elevator was scary, but it is...

Hotel Lasserhof is a short walk from the central train and bus station (10- 15 min) and also a short walk to the old town. Also 10- 15 minutes and it was a nice walk downtown. We would stay here again if we returned to Salzburg. The breakfast was good and our room and bathroom were nice. They were both...

Only stayed in Salzburg for two nights and needed somewhere within walking distance of the train station. From the outside the hotel didn't look so fantastic and very plain but turned out to be really quaint with very clean rooms and new and very clean bathroom. Breakfast was a self service buffet in a really cute room with a super...

We stayed in one of the top floor rooms, which was very big (the biggest hotel room we had so far), clean, big tv, big bed and big bathroom. It was nicely decorated according to austrian tradition with some modern touches. Staff were helpful, although not pleasant at all times. We had a fridge problem, and a member of staff...

Upon check in our initial impression was ok but nothing spectacular the customer service at check in left a bit to be desired. Anyway, we opened the door to our room which was very small and the bed had been set up for 1 person (only 1 pillow and a single duvet) even though we booked for 2 adults. After...

Tucked away in a quiet lane , and just 10 minutes walk from the main rail station, the Atel is also 10 minutes away from the Mirabell Gardens, Dom and the old city. Even if you come by air, just take any of the 3 buses available at the Airport to the Hauptbahnof (railstation) for Euro1.90 and then walk to the...

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Free Wifi, Great break fast! Just that you got to bring your own kettle if you intend to drink a lots of hot water, else you might need to keep going to reception to ask for hot water. Besides, it's a bit far from old town but near to railway...
