There was blood (washed off but not completely) on my bedsheets. They changed the bedsheets but no one was really apologetic about it. Maybe this happens a lot. The sound proofing was not the best: we could hear what is going on in the next room.

With the help of on-line maps we walked (about 8 minutes) from Salzburg's main train station to this lovely hotel. The Hotel & Villa Auersperg is on what is appears to residential street but go the opposite direction from the train station and you are just adjacent to the heart of old Salzburg, close to the river and shopping, restaurants...

Nestled on a quiet little street this quaint little hotel has everything that you need. Comfortable rooms, bar and restaurant area open until midnight, helpful staff, and clean comfortable rooms. Only tip for travelers - Wifi is pretty bad and spotty

The property simply radiates with a distinct atmosphere that made us wanting not to leave anymore. It was so hard to tell which the most admirable feature was – may it be the beautiful garden, the modern yet timeless room, delicious organic breakfast, one of a kind facilities or the warm hospitality of the staff. If not only for its...

Let me preface this by saying we had just burnt up some credit card points on a stay at the Park Hyatt Vienna the few nights before this. We (incorrectly) assumed this would be a nice hotel but a bit of "coming back to reality" situation. While perhaps not as luxe as that, of course, this was such a very...

Lovely hotel with fabulous service. Upon checking in we were offered sparkling wine and given an overview of things to do in the area. The room was laid out perfectly, with separate areas for dressing/clothes, toilet room, bathroom with tub AND standing shower, and a little seating area. The room was exceptionally clean, the bed was comfortable, and the supplied...

My family recently completed a stay at this hotel. Very, very quaint and nice. We had two rooms booked and both were perfect for our needs. The garden view was very nice. Despite the rain we still enjoyed our stay. Enjoyed the breakfast in the morning, anything you could think of and more. Jennifer who worked at Reception was terrific....

Perfect for a 2-day stay anytime of the year. Rooms overlooking are quiet and the contemporary decoration is very pleasant. Breakfast is 100% bio, just delicious. Service is discret but nice. And the spa is very pleasant, great spot esepcially when it rains !

What stood out for me with this hotel is the attention to detail that had been thought through. There really was no aspect of a guests needs, wants and desires that had not been given thought and care. We stayed in a room overlooking the garden and it was well worth the premium that we paid. It was exceptionally clean...

Pleasent surprise with that room upgrade, beyond our expectations with a near appartment-room! At walking distance of everything, welcoming staff and nice breakfast buffet. Parking lot available, convenient in this area! Would go back again.
