Bottom line: This boutique hotel is perfect. The Superior Room is unbelievable with all sorts of fine details thought of. From a cd player (like a bose) that has soothing selections of classical and piano music to separate bathrooms (2) one with a shower/tub and the other with the toilet and another sink to freshen up in. Slippers, Robes, Nespresso...

With the help of on-line maps we walked (about 8 minutes) from Salzburg's main train station to this lovely hotel. The Hotel & Villa Auersperg is on what is appears to residential street but go the opposite direction from the train station and you are just adjacent to the heart of old Salzburg, close to the river and shopping, restaurants...

Lovely modern room in an old building along a quiet street. Awoken by bird song in the middle of a city, perfect! Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast at this hotel is amazing. Every taste catered for setting you up for a good walk through the old town and the climb up to the mönchsberg.

Beautiful hotel in the center of Salzburg in two old buildings. Loved the design of the rooms plus the "hidden" coffee machine. Breakfast was great and on a lovely June day the terrace was a lovely place to have it. My only complaint was that it took a long time to split the bill between the five of us and...

We haven't been in such a nice hotel in quite a while - Service: the service is impeccable. Family-run hotel. Reception staff gave us a warm welcome and gave us a city map, and a booklet of "Restaurants we love at Auersperg" clearly categorized to casual, high-end etc and we had no problem finding our way to favorite spots to...

This is a lovely hotel. Stayed overnight on way home from skiing. A good central base to visit Salzburg. Great hotel, quiet location and great bar area. Good breakfast. Well designed modern rooms. Very comfortable bed.

Hotel & Villa Auersperg was marvelous, a true gem in a fairytale-like city. The hotel is well-located, only a few blocks from the trains station and a quick 5 minute walk to the many restaurants on the north side of the river. Easy-to-use buses offer access to the old town, although it's only a 10-15 minute walk. We loved our...

Great walking location to the City Center and attractions. The personnel at the front desk are a great help for restaurants, sites walk or ride etc. We stayed in suite 375, the view was not great but the room was incredibly roomy and comfortable. The breakfast was also incredible, the bar area was comfortable to sit and converse over afternoon...

We spend one week end in this hotel and it was an amazing experience. The decoration is beautiful and each detail is thought with attention - with a lot of renowned furniture designers signatures. Our room was small but very nice and cozy, with a view on the garden. All seemed to be new or refreshed recently. The sauna is...
