We spent one night here and found it comfortable, quiet and well located. It's a short walk from the Mirabell Palace, the river, and the old town and old fortress. Breakfast is available for an additional €15/person. Our room had a big bathtub and very...More
This is a lovely room, and close to so many sites. My single hesitation about booking here *would* have been the AC since my trip was during the summer (we didn't choose the hotel, it was part of a tour). However, that was no problem...More

My husband and I walked from the train station. It is a pretty direct route, but takes around 15 minutes. We only had one suitcase each, so walking was easy. At the information desk in the train station, you can ask for the bus number. The bus stop is outside the train station. You can also take a taxi if you have a lot of luggage.
