The relatively small pension has few advantages. It is closed to university, so would you have some business there it is perfect. It is located in a very nice area of small villas, palaces almost from the turn of centuries 19 and 20 . At the corner there is splendid Consulate General of the Republic of Kazachstan. Very quiet area.... More

I have spent one night in Villa Ruckert. The place is in a good area of Graz. The room is nice, clean and taken care. The bed is comfortable and the linen in great condition. The breakfast is Ok and the personnel very polite. Definitely value for money.

The staff was so unpolite. They don´t care about the customers. the room was dirty and bed unconfortable. The only thing that was good was the breakfast and the moment to go home. Very expensive for the services

It is a small hotel and had the feeling more like home. But of course it is much better than the hostels. The room was nice and tidy and the staffs were super friendly. Breakfast is OK though. They don't have restaurants so you have to eat outside for lunch/dinner. The reception is closed after 22:00 I think and the... More

This bed and breakfast is conveniently located close to the university, about a 10 minute walk, in a very quiet neighborhood on a small street. Is is also not far from the Literaturhaus. The room was spacious and recently renovated in a modern style. The breakfast room is very pleasant with a lot of light and the breakfast itself is... More

I have been there for work, my employer booked it for me. The location was perfect for me, but it is quite a long walk from the city centre (if compared with the size of the city). The room was clean, no hairdryer though and no proper closet. The staff is not very friendly and you can pay just in... More

In short notice we had to travel from NZ to visit family in hospital in Graz. The hotel was coincidently located near the hotel, and not so far out that we couldn't walk into the city centre in 20 minutes. All four of us loved the breakfast served each morning. The assortment of fresh breads, cereals, cheese and cold meat... More
