This is our second and last night at this hotel, and we have enjoyed our stay. Although in need of updating, it is a very well kept hotel and our room was very clean. We spent some time in the spa this afternoon, which isn’t...More

Unpleasant exchange with the reception team on arrival; mix up over ID that they wanted me to provide. Told me that they need it because they send the details to the police every day (would like to know where you inform your guests that you...More
stayed here recently on a skiing holiday, hotel excellent meals very good, staff extremely helpful, our room was superb especially as it was at the rear away from the road, very clean and spacious, would definitely recommend a stay here.

You can do it when you get there but by far the cheapest way is to go onto the website Soldeu. com where you can choose packages which include ski hire, lessons, lift passes and even lunch. The lunch option worked out to be half the cost of buying it on the day and included a burger or panini, drink and chips. The hotel is ideally situated for the lifts and the ski area is Perfect for skiers of all levels of experience. The ski lift pass covers the whole area and is called Grand Vilaria, not sure I've spelt that right, also if you haven't been skiing before I would suggest you take lessons as the instructors take you all over the area so that when you go off on your own in the afternoon you feel more comfortable knowing where you are going. Can't praise the area high enough. If I can help in any other way please ask.
