This is our third visit and this is our worst visit. It's disappointing as we have really enjoyed our previous visits. Want to preface this review by saying that the first two days where a bit of a snow off due to the amount of snow that fell over the weekend and Monday. However the excellent service that we have...

Helpfully and welcoming staff, comfortable, from the location just by the chair craft to the main sking area, with a store to rent/buy ski material, great lounge with warm fireplace and wifi, a bar with snack and hot chocolate just by the lounge, to the nice, warm and clean rooms with a great view. 3* hotel - great experience, looking...

On a school trip, catered for our needs, food was good and rooms were clean. Bar is nice, wifi works well. Not too far away from the town - walkable distance. Great location in terms of skiing, as it is located next door to the chairlift, saves you getting on the bus down to the gondola.

Great location for access to the skiing but that's about it. The rooms are ok although tired looking. We had a visit from a large family of ants. I spoke to the receptionist and she got the maid to spray the room. The food wasn't great either. The breakfast was minimal and the evening meals weren't very warm. I think...

What a disgusting unhygienic dump - whole school party trip ruined by vomiting bug. I hope this hotel accepts responsibility for the many very ill children it has caused this week and gives this place a proper clean. Families have saved for 2 years for this trip. Well done Crest Hotel.

The Hotel is situated in a wonderful location. If you find a good deal and if you just for Skiing - not expecting to have a nice breakfast and a nice clean room, it's a good place. The building is not only old, but dirty. See pictures of the room attached (I took the pictures in the moment that we...

This was our second visit to the Hotel Crest, of course the visit for a week was primarily for skiing and the Hotel Crest is ideal as it is right beside the 6 man chair lift which brings you to the resort. The staff could not do enough for us from the reception to the restaurant and the house staff....

Really good hotel, basic but does exactly what you need on an active holiday, rooms are well equipped and have plenty of space for drying and storing gear, friendly staff do all they can to ensure you have a good stay. With its location at the head of the valley and right next to the blue run and ski lift...

The hotel was perfectly placed. Right next to the ski lift and ski run. Beautiful slop down to the hotel! I was on a school trip when we went here and it was really good. Rooms were great for skiing lots of radiators and it was nice and basic. Resterant food was appalling some people were even throwing up because...
