We stayed at this hotel from Jan 6th-13th 2013. Upon entering our room the first thing we noticed was how hot the room was! We immediately turned off the radiator & opened the door! We were given a twin room, we are a couple so we just moved the bedside table & moved beds together which solved that. May have...

This hotel was good, food was good (not great, but good!) - and the all you can eat buffet was great after a day skiing. Arinsal was great for us - a group of beginners, and the hotel had a ski lift outside the door. The only issue was that it is located a 20 min walk up a hill...

my daughter went andorra on a skiing trip with 50 children. she said the hotel was great and the views were great. the dinner buffet wasn't so nice as they didn't have much. breakfast was average but not as bad as dinner. the hotel was only a half hour drive from the skiing resort so not too far. she would...

This hotel has a parking lot in front. The ski lift is walking distance (100 meters just on the right side of the car park) and you have the option to ski down back to the Hotel. The restaurant it's the only "not so good" rating - almost the same food every dinner and you must get there at 8.00pm...

I would like to write a good review about this hotel but unfortunately I cannot. There are some good points, for example, very close to the chairlift, a clean hotel and very nice staff. However, for me, all this is completely irrelevant because of the smell of cigarette smoke throughout the entire Hotel. Seriously this spoiled what could have been...

We have been to Arinsal twice before staying at St Gothard and the Princessa parc both of which we could not compain about, we thought we would try this Hotel as reviews had generally been good. We found the room was a reasonable size however tired looking and in need of updating, the beds are extremely hard and the room...

This was a first time skiing trip. I would recommend any first time skiers with children to book a hotel close to a lift/gondola, and go half board because it takes the hassle out of trying to find restaurants when your children are hungry. This hotel fitted the bill. The hotel was clean, tidy, and the rooms were spacious. Lots...

We stayed week beginning 19th Feb. Impressive looking hotel in good location for skiing tho its a pretty hard core walk from town back up to the hotel after happy hour! Bar area and pool area all very sophisticated and smart, but cold. You need a cardi on if youre sitting in the evening. Atmosphere when we were there was...

We went as family with a teenager and a three year old, with another couple with a teenager. The plus points of the hotel are it is very close to the chair lift, literally a minute's walk which is great for everyone, especially when you're carrying a child's skis. The rooms were fine, but there is no separate bedroom, so...
