Definitely not a 5* hotel. Clean but needs a refurbishment in the rooms. Staff friendly until the last day when it then appeared we were more of a nuisance than a customer. Food was poor however if like me you love salad then it is possible to get a decent meal. The beach is nothing like the photo. On the...

Stayed here for one night in presidential suite and it was amazing, the suite was unbelievable and even a birthday cake on arrival. Very comfortable, the views are amazing along with the pool area. Only criticism would be not enough staff but overall 5* hotel

I have not stayed here but have visited a few times in the evening to sip a cool cocktail on the rear terrace for a romantic sunset drink. The terrace has a perfect unobstructed view over the sea to watch the sun dip slowly into the reflection on the horizon. Highly recommended.

Some people have said the location isn't great but I disagree. You're right on the sea, next to the Tomb of the Kings and town is a short bus ride, or half hour walk away (passing restaurants and bars anyway). The hotel staff were mostly friendly, some just looked at you after thanking them which was a bit odd. The...

we stayed at this hotel one year ago. Its quiet and very clean. Location not very good and for sure the beach is very dangerous. I may say that it is not a 5 star hotel, more like a 4 star but is decent. The pool is ok but not very big. the thing we really enjoyed was the breakfast.

Having read the recent reviews, we were very dubious about our visit. However - although we only stayed one night; the staff were very friendly; place clean; facilities ok; food ok. Downsides - very limited cocktail menu; no free wifi...in this day and age at a 5* hotel .....disgraceful. Generally a nice stay but more like a 3 star.

On arrival at night room was outdated, tired and old. Curtain broken, a/c did not work for 3 days. No coffee facility in room. 30 euros for Wi-Fi PER divice. Complete rip off. Only one key per room instead of normal 5star hotel key cards. Bathroom tired and small with old fashion shower curtain. Food is a disaster. Got sick...

The good - location is good. 10 minute walk to Kings Tombs, 30 minutes to old town or 30 minutes to the harbour. Many many restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The big mall is about 20 minutes walk. Free parking. Now the bad -Air Conditioning - They apparently turn off the air over the winter. Fine, but the week...

My husband and I are celebrating our first wedding anniversary here and after reading such negative reviews I was a little apprehensive! But I was most relieved when I got here, yes the hotel is slightly dated but the price you pay and the amount it would cost them to do it up what do you expect! The hotel is...
