"Better restaurants/facilities?" Depends what you are referring to. Both have a poolside breakfast buffet. If you go HB it is taken at the inside restaurant at the hotel, even if you are staying in the apartments. Both have pool bars, both offer evening entertainment. All facilities are accessible to guests at both complexes, apart from the breakfast buffet which I suspect must be taken at whichever complex you have booked. The village is more popular with families so if you are a couple you may prefer the peace of the hotel anyway.
