I too was one of those who attended the 2 wedding at the Ship Inn and in now way obnoxious, foul mouthed and intimidating! This review totally took away from the fact that the staff at the Ship Inn, were friendly, accommodating and totally made our time at the hotel vey enjoyable. I had a single occupancy room above the...

Returned from The Ship on the 18th of September after a 14 day break and as per our previous visits thoroughly enjoyed the experience. This is a great value for money unpretentious hotel, very clean swimming pool and rooms which were serviced daily. The grounds and view from the hotel are amazing along with all the staff who looked after...

Just returned from a ten day break. The hotel is great for a pool based holiday with a good pool and bar. Our room was good and was cleaned daily. We were half board and the food was a different set menu each night with the option of a la carte at 20 per cent off. The food was cooked...

We recently stayed here for 3 weeks, unfortunately for us we were there when wedding parties were booked in - 1 straight after the other, unfortunately again for us both parties were loud, obnoxiuos, intimidating, and inconsiderate to other guests. Several people were woken at 3am one morning due to some members of one of the parties shouting, swearing and...

From the initial booking process right throughout the stay everything runs smoothly. Transfers from the airport can be booked along with the hotel and are very comfortable, on time and modestly priced. I have found all the staff to be friendly and helpful. The rooms are of an average to good standard. Cleaning is carried out daily and the cleaners...

This is a basic no-frills hotel. There is an excellent swimming pool and an adequate snack bar attached which serves good sandwiches, pizzas, etc. The bedrooms are a reasonable size and the beds are comfortable. Sadly, there is no shelving in the bathroom. Apart from standard hotel bedrooms, the hotel has a number of cottages in the grounds which would...

The best thing about The Ship Inn is no doubt the common areas, such as the pool, pool bar, restaurant, garden etc. The whole outdoors environment was absolutely fantastic, and much better than could be expected, given the hotel's three stars. The staff was very friendly, but sometimes hard to communicate with due to their limited knowledge of english. The...

We stayed for 3 weeks with Mercury Direct. 2 weeks half board and 1 week free on BB. Nice clean hotel, very friendly staff and good Turkish food. The room contained all that we needed, but the bathroom was a bit dated. The gardens are amazing, full of highly scented English flowers. Such a surprise! Ahmed was a star. Very...
