Hello everyone, I was on a holiday with my family in Cyprus - Salamis beach hotel. I can say it was my best holiday. Services was top. best foods and very good personal. Separately i would like to commend Murat , he helped us with everything, guests were on first position and big thank you to Murat. I can recommend this hotel to everyone. Realy fantastic place and best hotel. Erik
We stayed in the hotel for one week of family vacation with two adults one child at 3 and one baby with 8 month. It’s quite hard to rate the hotel as there are very good pieces and very bad ones. Let’s start with the good. The whole hotel is accessible with baby trolly or wheelchair, incl. the beach which is great. There are more than enough umbrellas and places to lay down. Also the pools are very nice, large enough and good quality. Same for change rooms and toilets on beach and pools. The rooms are ok but not new of you stay in the main building. There is plenty of activities available from the animation and the child care team. Beach and sea is just awesome. The bad things start with the food. In our eyes the main restaurant is like a university food place. Very loud, totally crowded and also the fresh prepared food sometimes is not of good quality. We didn’t like to go there really because of the atmosphere. The food overall was ok and we found something every day but for sure it’s not 5 stars. Another very bad thing is the drinks. Cocktails are sometimes totally overloaded with alcohol and sometimes they don’t even contain what should be in. So I recommend the management to train all bar keeper to mix the cocktails and drinks the same way. We were not sure if the non-alc were really without alc. So overall a good place to stay for a week but don’t expect any, even Turkish, 5 star hotel.…
Brilliant customer service, very quick to respond to our needs and have been extremely supportive from start till end. All members of staff are very friendly and helpful. They also have a broad variety of pool side activities and entertainment!
My siblings and I stayed three nights in this hotel. My sister and I initially got booked into the building toward the back of the resort, while our two brothers had their rooms in the main building. Upon entering the room, we saw it was run down, and the air-con wasn't working. So we went straight back to reception to the gentleman who checked us in, Halil bey. We told him we were unhappy with the room allocated, and he quickly gave us a room in the main building at no extra charge, and it had a spectacular sea view. We made friends with the staff near enough in every department of the hotel. They were an absolute laugh. The only thing that was a mild inconvenience was that the water kept shutting off halfway through every time I was in the shower. Other than that, we had a great time and will definitely go again. Halil beeeeey! Cok tessekur ederiz hersey icin. Seneye gorusmek umuduyla. Hasret Mangera - 1914. :-)…
I have had one of the most enjoyable short breaks ever in this place, the experience was above my expectations. The hotel’s location and facilities are truly beautiful and even though there were some aspects that really need improvement (entertainment for example) the overall stay was highly enjoyable and I wish I could have stayed more. Will definitely come back and highly recommend this place to travelers!
Very disappointed with this hotel, food repetitive, lack of English speakers, very hard to communicate needs only to get a reply of “what” which is extremely rude, area around hotel is run down with little to no shops. I would not recommend staying in the villas if you have small children or like your sleep as they are in ear shot of the stage which is very loud! On the plus side the daily entertainment around the pool and on an evening cannot be faulted the team are amazing people, you guys make this hotel!
So we stayed here for 3 nights. We were two couples looking for some relaxation and gambling. The rooms were tidy and was just enough, not too fancy. The reception and guest relations were also very friendly and positive. The meals were not top notch but you could find some good things in the open buffet and the cooking stations. The cooking stations were really good. The Gözleme station was also very good but the demand on it was a lot, that lady needs help. The sea was too windy for 2 days. But we had a blast at the pier with the bartenders Serkan, Ömer and Resul. Good jokes, fast service and wonderful cocktails. Be careful they seem sweet but they hit you hard when you have a couple of them. The casino was okay. It was very crowded on Friday. Overall I really enjoyed my stay, with the given price the hotel is just perfect. Also it is close to ancient salamis ruins and some other historical landmarks of the island.…
My wife and I enjoyed very much the week we stayed at Salamis Bay Conti, thanks to its exceptionally good sea and sun bathing facilities, wide variety of delicious food and gentle and friendly staff. Many thanks to the management.
Excellent hotel. You can’t find better then this one. Strongly advice. Hotel is very closed to historical places. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks…. Night shows etc. Aqua and pool, Everything is perfect. Suitable for all ages. Helpful staff.
I would like to say a thank you for the members of staff that made our stay at the Salamis Bay Conti Resort Hotel a very memorable one. The whole experience was in all a very good one. The cleanliness of the hotel and grounds was remarkable. Nothing was too much trouble for your members of staff and in particular I would like to mention the following people who went above and beyond their jobs to make sure that we were happy with our holiday. 1) Cemaliye Koramaz on Guest Relations 2) Salawudeen Haliru in the dining room 3) Mutlu Çubuk. Also in the dining room 4) Hamide Er. “ “ “ “ “ 5) Fatih Alpay. At the pool bar 6) Irem Kucuktas at the pool bar and coffee shop There are so many great members of staff but the above people went above and beyond got help. We were so happy with our holiday that we have booked again to return on 28th September for 2 weeks…
