Detailed Reviews
The c@mpsite is ok. Quite clean. No toilet paper or seats though. The people who seem to be there permanently make it feel a bit dodgy. Lots of French who seem to stay for months think they own the place, very clicky. The village must be the dirtiest we have ever seen. But the island trips are a must.

This place is more a mobile home residence than it is a campground. It's full of long-term people who basically live there. The house rules mandate a limit to stay duration, but it appears that there are a LOT of grandfathered residents who've been there for ages. Have -never- seen it without a 'full' sign on the entry gate. It's basically a parking lot (car park) in a fantastic location - long may it survive; the local rumour is that it is destined to be sold to developers, which would be a complete destruction of the Fuseta environment.

My wife & spent 2 months at this site in 2014 and decided that we would like to spend 4 weeks there in November 2016; that turned out not to be the case. We spent 4 days at this site and subsequently decided to leave, never to return! Regrettably standards had deteriorated over the years and having known how good it was, as to what it is now, we decided to move on.
One of the third world toilet blocks had been knocked down and a new one was in progress to rebuild; apparently it is estimated will have taken 12 months or so, from start to finish. If the will was there, I’m sure it could be built in half the time. The campers are paying for something that they are not using at the moment, either offer a part-refund, or pressurize the builder to complete asap/
The remaining sub-standard toilet blocks had no toilet paper, no toilet seats and no liquid soap to clean up with. If they were to charge an additional amount to cover these items, my guess is nobody would complain. The cleaners look totally disinterested!
A message for the “Municipal Campsite President” – cleanliness is a big issue for the Northern countries – please use your position to rectify this oversight at this camp as it is undermining your sites past reputation
The slow camp Wifi is still second rate and can only be accessed in/by the restaurant. It’s time for the municipality to reinvest some of your profits and install a wifi network which covers the whole site.
The mature trees on this site have been pruned recently, however, many trees still look unsafe and need to be cut back further. Trees have fallen in the past and given the size on many of these trees, if they were to fall on your outfit, could well result in serious injury or worse.

Was only going to stay here for a week then move on but the campsite could not be bettered so we stayed for 2 weeks.
Spotlessly clean toilets and showers.
Hot water for washing clothes and separate hot water sinks for washing up.
Onsite shop very reasonably priced as was the restaurant.
2 week stay on a double pitch, with friends, including electricity was €226 each van.
Walking distance to railway station, fish/veg Market and local shops and restaurants.
Can't recommend this site highly enough.

Part of the camping is used by mobilhommes, but still several places for caravans or tents. Some of them spent all the summer at this park... spanish and local people used it has 2nd home and they act like owners of the space. Talking with the local policy we understand is very normal small thefts! Please be aware! Take care with boys running or bicycling near your van... Pretend to have been hit to ask for money in return. Organized scheme and that park owners do not want to know. The place is beautiful, but full of TRAPS!

How do you even begin to describe a campsite where the staff take the moral high ground for chasing an elderly, disabled guest off the toilet? Their attitude is wrong and fascist on so many levels ...
