I'll give bullet point recommendations for the owner:
==SOUNDPROOF THE WINDOWS- the cathedral is next door and the bells ring all night long, sometimes every 15 minutes, sometimes CONTINUOUSLY FOR 15 minutes! Also if you get an external window you'll hear club, bar and pedestrian...More
Great rooms and amazing view, however they neglect to tell you that there is no reception and that you have to go around the block to a restaurant and check in there.

We can be short about Luciano's. Perfect spot to explore Valletta and surrounding areas. Very nice, clean, spacious and affordable rooms. And conveniently centrally located in town. Neatly decorated and run by a large but very friendly crew. Breakfast is perfect (full English or continental)...More
Honestly I have never had such bad service in my life. It started from the first moment, when after the staff saw us circling the hotel in the heat repeatedly trying to check in (you check in at the cafe and it's quite confusing) I...More
A lot of people here on TripAdvisor tend to write that the service was bad and that they couldn't sleep due to the church bells ringing every 15 minutes.
I have to admit, the service and the welcoming wasn't the peachiest (everyone working in the...More

I am truly sorry but I did not keep Luciano Boutique Accomodation's email address. The only thing I can tell you is the contact person at the hotel, if you should decide to call, is "CINZIA". She is the daughter of the owner and I only dealt with her. She arranged ALL my day tours and took care of all my questions. When I arrived at the hotel, everything had been taken care of. I hadf a complete schedule each day of everything I wanted to do. Cinzia left nothing out. Several family members work at the hotel. Everyone was so helpful.. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay of one week there. It is a unique p[roperty and I loved it.

I stayed in room 404 which is on the top floor of the building except for the terrace with great views which occupies the 5th floor. The room was perfectly adequate and had a complete shower with a great shower head. There was a single stel jup into the athroom from the bedroom floor.
The rooms are interior rooms so there is no view but I was "out and about" the entire week I stayed there. Great staff- many are family members.I never heard the church bells nor the elevator which was close by. I thought it was the ideal room for the terrific price of under $ 70.00.
