I would not consider this a 3 star hotel, I have stayed in many and their standard is far superior to Roma. It should be called a hostel at best, with limited facilities and basic room cleaning. We booked two rooms for 10 days. 64 & 65, what a disappointment. Both rooms were basic, which we had expected, but these...

The hotel was dirty, we had someone else's hair in our linens, bed was old and springs were out, no remote control for the tv and broken buttons to switch it on/off. In the morning, while having breakfast the staff were eating together with the guests, directly from the plates...

The whole advert by On The Beach is totally misleading. When you arrive you are faced with a steep set of marble stairs. Be very careful if you need to use the hand rail, some are very loose and in danger of coming off in your hand, The reception desk is situated on the first floor and although a bit...

Staff were mostly helpful, except for the owners son who seemed like he didn't want to be there he wasn't very happy or approachable, he didn't seem to care about anything. Breakfast was simple which was ok except it was very hot in the breakfast room I was concerned about cold meats being left out in the heat with no...

We had an enjoyable holiday at the Roma hotel. It was clean and tidy. The front rooms have a fantastic large balcony with lovely sea views. The bathroom was small, and we found the breakfast was too early finish at 9.15am so we only had a few breakfasts while we there for 10 nights. The tea/coffee making facilities and the small fridge was a bonus,we...

I haven't stayed in the hotel itself but wanted to write a review about the hotels restaurant (seems not added to TripAdvisor) . The restaurant is nice, some would say basic but clean and air con inside always worked. The reason why this place was good was it's location ( very central and just next to the beach so could hop...

Alkthought the hotel was basic, it was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and we were lucky enought to have our room upgraded to one with a view of the sea. We would definately return to visit again

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times in the past 4 years, I like it cause of it's location, views (If you get a sea view room) and friendly staff. Not all rooms have A/C, I always ask for room 81 or 82, these 2 rooms have their own roof, also you get A/C, fridge, Hair dryer and kettle....
